6.5/10Impacts Sol came with a 9.5 rating. We were expecting an outstanding experience. What we got was average. The hostess/bartender/waitress was pleasant. The menu was obtained through a QR code which was fine however the signal strength was terrible so being able to obtain it was a hassle. The food was average. They did not have the sauce for one of our dishes which I don’t understand since the menu is quite limited. As a result we ended up having the same sauce on both dishes which was boring. The pasta was not al dente so overall, not great food. The ambiance was cute. We would not go again if in Madrid.

9.5/10Service was excellent! We started with the artichokes- so good! Pasta is all homemade in house and was delicious! We were sad we didn’t save room for dessert but all desserts are made in house too. Will definitely come back!

10/10Very nice Restaurant with very nice Italian food. I would say the best dinner we had in Madrid in couple days. The jung waiter was very polite and frendly. Also the best service we had in whole Madrid.

8/10Good Italian overall they are really Italian, the tomato sauce is really well done, the bruschetta was amazing, everything was really good except for the carbonara it could be better, for only two guys with a full restaurant they did an amazing job.

2/10No vegan options like previously and as advertised. I specifically walked my colleagues through Madrid to get here so I can have a vegan option to be embarrassed. I had to eat egg for 1st in 5 years. Totally disappointing and sad.

4.5/10Good pasta, but it was a bit cold by the time it arrived. I was quiet disappointed by the service. Make sure to be the one chosing in which currency you will pay (being a foreigner). The waiter did not ask me nor show me the display in order to chose the currency.

2/10There was no ambiance, the place was completely empty and I should have followed my gut. The waiter was extremely pretentious even to the point he would correct the pronunciation of your order with an exaggerated Italian accent. I’m Spanish and Italian and found this incredibly rude. Then, after a long wait the food finally came out. I could barely eat a quarter of my pasta. He came to my table and I asked if he could take it away as I didn’t like what I was served. He asked why and persisted I give him an explanation as to what was wrong with the food. So, I gave it to him. The pasta was severely under cooked to the point it was very hard and chewy. The pancetta was burnt and over salted. The dish itself was under peppered and the egg which is one of the four ingredients to my sauce was over cooked and gave the sauce a powdery consistency. I was disgusted but nonetheless i paid for my dish to avoid any further issue with this place and so I could leave as soon as possible. I wouldn’t serve that to my dog.

8.5/10Waiter was great, menu easy to understand. The appetizer and entree came out in short order. Only small issue was getting the bill and paying. Not anyone’s fault; the lone waiter was dealing with a table of eight. Not his fault. So, we just paid in cash. I would recommend this restaurant.

10/10Very friendly staff with amazing homemade pasta. Quantity is huge and the taste is delicious. With the fork discount you get a very decent price in Madrid city center. I'd recommend!

9.5/10The food was really good! It´s slightly confusing when you have to order, because they have like 10 types of pasta and you can choose from what kind of flour you want them to be made. The thing was that they didn´t have ALL pastas of ALL flour. But on the other hand they have this choise in general what is really cool! Our waiter, the French guy, was very funny and professional because I think at some point we got a bit annoying about the pasta choices hahaha His recommendations were delicious. The restaurant atmosphere is missing some cozy touch in my personal opinion, but that doesn´t influence how tasty the food is. I would definitely go back.
