4/10This was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When we arrived the lights were out, it was absolutely quite and a man was sleeping on the bench. We had to look for someone who works there and found guys in huge winter coats, which didn’t come off even while finally taking our order. The orders kept getting messed up, the dishes forgotten (but charged, some double) and none of the dishes came at the same time, while we sat there without music in silence. All in all it took them a little over two hours to finally get us one single course. After almost 3 hours of continuous “mess-ups” even the most patient get annoyed. Cherry on top was when the manager refused to apply the 50% discount, explaining that discount only applies to the starters (which we had zero of). The manager/owner/bartender said that the fork’s description that the discount applies to “a la carte menu” (drinks excepted) wasn’t correct and that it’s not the restaurant’s mistake. The whole experience was an extreme disappointment. Start to finish. The only good thing about the restaurant is their chef, who is nice and tried to help. Conclusion - if you value your time, don’t want to have your night ruined and have dignity - just pick a different restaurant.

2/10The staff lied to us about the menu and the 50% off we had from the fork. They literally said that all dishes are included in the discount except a couple of dishes that the waiter pointed on the menu, but in the end, it turned out that only the dishes he pointed was 50% off. Of course, when we argued that we were misinformed by the staff, they denied it. Apart from that, the waiter was disinterested, all the time on the phone, forgot to bring the water because he was on the phone, and was totally unprofessional. For these high prices, you'd expect more professionalism from the staff. Anyway, this ruined the mood and the evening. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID!

4/10It is announced on the fork that you are getting 50% off your food except menu and drinks. Fake news. You only get 50% off the starters and 2 specific dishes. The menu is almost empty. Many crossed out dishes and out of the ones shown, many are unavailable. On the positive side, the decor is great and service is nice as well.

8/10We wanted to leave because the restaurant doors were closed, but we still waited 15 minutes, although we were on time. Cocktails are perfect and food is good, but the discounted dishes were with less seafood. Overall, the experience is not bad.

4.5/10I cannot lie about the food quality which was very good! But the owner of the restaurant refused to accept our 50% discount even that we booked a table with the discount. When we asked the bill the owner told us that the price reduction of 50% was only on certain dishes, which he could have told us before ordering! I find this very disappointing and unprofessional at all! The fact that you are ripping off your customers is unacceptable! Sad to end like this our evening! Would definitely not go back and not recommend

6/10Only a few plates are available with the discount. The main dish was ok. The noise level was very high. It takes forever to get a beer. Some small improvements, attention could easily improve the experience.

10/10It was ur first time at Nikkei Imeprial. It was not at all what I expected, but to the good side :) The food is exquisite, delicious, and well presented. The service is friendly, music is nice and overall expression for all of us was great.

10/10Everything was great except the fact that when booking through The Fork a 50% discount was announced. To start with, it’s not clear what is included or not in the discount. And in our case no discount was applied, although we had: 3 starters, 4 ceviches and drinks.

8.5/10Nice ambiance, good food and friendly service. It took a bit long for our dishes to arrive, but the waitress apologised nicely and offered a free dessert. They applied The Fork’s discount without needing to be asked and very fairly (I write this because other reviews report a less positive experience).

5/10Terrible experience! The only good thing is the food (congrats to the chef), the rest is just an experience to forget. Half of the dishes on the menu "not available", wrong dishes served (blame given on the client), issues in having the discount, wrong (and more expensive) items billed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

10/1010/10 A great experience, delicious food and friendly staff, all in one! We ordered the linguini and arroz con marisco, both of them were tasty and portions were soooo good. Staff was pretty attentive and friendly! We will definitely come back to further explore the Peruvian cousine.

3.5/10Bad experience. We went with 50% discount and ordered as usual in the fork. At the time of the bill they told us cheviches have no 50% discount (even if this wasn't mentioned in the menu or by the waiter at the time of the order). Very unfair approach toward client (and thefork) and even when we requested clarifications they didn't care and charged the bill as they wanted. Unfair and dishonest approach. .

6.5/10We chose this restaurant to try typical Peruvian food, but we didn't like it so much. The aspect of the restaurant is fancy but the food doesn't show the quality of traditional Peruvian food. It's clearly overpriced.

9.5/10This was the second time I go to this restaurant in a month! Just discovered it weeks ago and was very enthousiaste about let my friends discover it too. Very nice kitchen to taste, incredible dynamite shrimps (must try!), red tuna, salmon, etc. I really recommend it.

7.5/10The food and cocktails were really tasty. The promo was only for cold starters + 4 last items from main dishes. Customer service could be better. We were served by 3-4 different people, some of them forgot our drinks and made mistakes with ordered food. Some of us were still waiting for food while other people were done eating. We were waiting for way too long for the starters in general. Nonetheless, everyone enjoyed the quality and taste of food so it was worth waiting

8/10The food was good quality and good taste, but a missing of clarity in the bill let me think to not come back in this restaurant. We asked for a bottle of red wine, they informed us that they have only one which was a Peruvian they did not informed about the price.At the end the they charged us 55euro and it was added manually on the bill claiming an issue with the cassa.We could neither pay by card but only cash or bank transfers

9.5/10Wonderful ambience and decoration inside and out on the terrace. Food fresh and very tasty. Accepted Yums gladly. 2 small points, there was no wine list so I had to ask for the price. Also they have dishes of the day that we didn't see advertised. They are not covered by Yums, but worth checking out. We will definitely return here for a great meal

6.5/10Couple of things, let’s start with the food. It was really really good, just my steak was very undercooked. But that should not affect the rating as everything tasted so good. Service was strange. We asked for glass of champagne as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday & the cocktails arrived first, 10mins later we got our champagne.

2.5/10Terrible experience. We waited for almost 1 hour and a half for our 3 (!) dishes. Moreover, we ordered them without the sesame seeds on top because of an allergy, and guess what? We received them full of sesame. When they told us that we should have waited longer to get the correct dishes, we just left the restaurant.
