Excellent hand made dumplings with incredible hot sauce oil at the table fitted with fresh herbs and spices. The sauce brightens any sauce and we basically added it to all we ate. We had a carafe of house red wine. It was ok. Very good with the dumplings. The ciao long bao were juicy and well made. Everything is made at the restaurant as it should be. They do charge for tea. We had the pork red cooked dumplings which were red because they were in red chile sauce. Red cooking in Chinese usually means stewing the meat in soy sauce and a little ginger and garlic. I could not taste that in the dumplings. We had the shrimp men which were small nem sort of a shrimp spring roll. But we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the restaurant also does take out. I highly recommend the magical hot sauce which was at our table when we sat down. The sauce is truly fantastic!
