To be perfectly honest, I just felt like they were trying too hard. As a trained chef, I can appreciate the technical execution of the dishes, but they lacked balance. The pig ear was more crackled batter than pork and the octopus was completed overwhelmed by its potato pedestal. The carbonara explosion was disappointingly one dimensional, with the pecorino cheese overpowering what should have been the star of the show. The service was impeccable and the ambiance is lovely, but the overall experience was a disappointment.

Based on the exceptional reviews we expected to be blown away by food and service. Experience was okay. When you order steak you can only order a certain quantity of certain steaks. It’s a bit misleading and confusing based on their menu. I felt as if we were being upsold on what and how much we should order. We ended up ordering the perfect amount sharing a steak order, salad and potatoes and started with yummy bread. Steak was tasty, but the entire experience could have been better.
