An odd experience in which we walked in, it was dead quiet, no music or ambiance. In the middle of the service another client gets up and leaves without paying because of the quality of chicken… waiter was nice though and food was decent. Pad Thai portion was big, but lemongrass chicken rice was a bit small… good overall but not sure if I’ll be coming back.

Very large portions. Pretty good pho and bun. You need to order an entree or drink to qualify for the discount but the prices are fair. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Please don't go to this restaurant. It clearly participates in the 50% discount promotion, but when you go there, the merchant denies it and says you can only get a discount if you order an entree , main course, and dessert!!!

Food was wonderful at In Saigon. I took my son here as something different from the French cuisine we had been having on our trip. Started with Shrimp Tempura and the fresh Spring Rolls, both were excellent. We then split the lemongrass beef. It was a bit chewy but the flavor was great.
