The service was superb. Max and his colleague were fabulous. So attentive and with a terrific sense of humour, as noted with our request to share various meals, which he then playfully extended to our request for a wine. We have travelled extensively and we believe this establishment should have a Michelin rating. The meals were simple but exquisite where the food spoke for itself. We could not recommend this restaurant more highly. So grateful for the experience. Thanks to the chef and staff.

The Service was outstanding. It really separated our experience at this restaurant with all of the other meals we enjoyed in Italy. The food was an experience in itself. One of our party does a happy dance when they try something that is amazing. We had only seen this happy dance once or twice throughout the trip, but for this meal there was a Happy dance with every single dish. It was the perfect meal. That is not even factoring in the breathtaking views. Most of the people there were for a romantic mood setting. Being in a group we were still able to enjoy the atmosphere, food and experience as one of our most memorable on this trip. Thank you to all of the staff, they worked as a team and made everything flawless. They deserve to be recognized for their dedication and hard work.

Everything was top level - the food, the amazing view, the impeccable & friendly service and the interior style of the restaurant ( the greenery ceiling with lamp shades is so unique). This was the best dining experience of our whole trip. We can highly recommend Incanto.

The view from the restaurant is stunning - but that could be perfect for getting just a drink. Because from all the places we've been so far in Sicilly that was the worse option. The deserts were auwful, for example, we barely took one bite from both and the waiter didn't even ask why we don't eat it, probably he is using for clients that can't eat this desert. The starter "cheescake", for example was a 20 something euros of cramble, made without any fine or touch. The pasta felt like a child meal, sweet like thwy had sugar inside. It was bad, bad. bad. And the prices felt like in a tourist trap. I came to celebrate my 50s birthday here and I was full of disapointments - and it seems like no one care, It is just a factory to make more money.

The walk up the stairs a from the main town took forever but the view was amazing! We sat outside and had a perfect table over looking Mt Aetna. The octopus was tiny and bland and not worth the price. The seabass was bland also and asparagus super over cooked. The piglet ragu pasta was actually very good.

Dinner at Villa Ducale was a phenomenal and exceptional experience. The view of Mount Etna and Taormina was unparalleled. The food was delicious. The service was courteous and attentive. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we meet while here in Taormina and when we return home.

Everything about my experience at Villa Ducale restaurant was amazing! The ambience was excellent and the view was magical!! The staff are very friendly and nice! If there was anything that I could change maybe to do something about the heat because i was sweating! Otherwise than that it was perfect

A restaurant in these surroudings deserves a much higher level of service. The waiters did not manage to follow up, they mixed up the orders, did not pay attention in regards to water, wine and refill. The vegetables were "soggy". Sorry to say but the best score is given to he view.
