4.5/10The least you could expect is for you order to be respected; and when you ask whether what you are being served is what you ordered, you would not expect the waiter to lie about it, even if he comes to apologize at the end of the meal. This ruined an experience which would have been pleasant otherwise.

10/10Lovely and lively atmosphere in a nicely presented and clean premises. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very good menu selection and all our dishes were nicely presented and well cooked/spiced. Tasty and generous portions. Recommend!

10/10Staff and the food❣️ excellent tasty food and very friendly service staff. We spent 5 days in Florance and went 4 times to the Indian palace. Lunch and Dinner - all superb. From northern to South Indian food. Excellent Dosa 👌 If we go again to Florance, for sure we will eat at the Indian Palace.

10/10We cook Indian food at home so we are very picky and were curious to see if this was really all the rage. I am pleased to say it exceeded our expectations. Rather than tell you everything we ordered, I would just say that I am confident that anything on the menu will be fabulous. Service was excellent as well. I am a chai snob and this may be the best I ever had. Just go!

10/10Can’t say enough about this place! Originally booked a reservation here since it showed to be the best restaurant in Florence, Italy. I’ll say that it did NOT disappoint at all! Because of the food, the service, and the quality, we ended up dining at Indian Palace an additional 3 times within our 2 day visit, trying quite a few of the menu items. Will definitely recommend the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, their Dal Soup, their mixed Chicken Grill, and for dessert, their Kesari Kheer. Amazing staff, amazing chefs, and amazing owner! Thank you so much from Dallas, Texas!

9/10My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend 20 days traveling in Italy . Our last 4 days were in Florence. We live in Portland Or and had made plans to meet with some friends from Australia. We went to a very good Italian place the night before and I suggested we might want something other than pasta. I checked out one Indian restaurant and then went to Trip Advisor to check out The Indian Palace. TA --- # 1 restaurant in Florence out of over 1,1950 restaurants . We shared many plates of food and the Aussies were introduced to Dosas, something we get here in the states quite often. Very reasonable and very tasty dishes, the garlic naan was extra good. 10/10A very warm welcome as I arrived and immediately shown to my table. Even though the restaurant was full of diners already, I was quickly greeted by one of the great waiters and my order taken. Within a few moments I was served with some nibbles and sauces and not long after that, my first course served. A very delicious first course and one I hadn't previously tried. Once finished, the dishes were taken away with the main course being served not long after. A beautifully cooked chicken kerahi . All in all, a highly recommended Indian restaurant.

10/10We visited this restaurant after seeing trip advisor recommendation and reviews and we were not disappointed. We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived and greet service throughout. The food was really tasty and very reasonably priced all round. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence,
