The service and food were very good. This was the second time my partner and I had dinner at the Indian Palace. There was only thing that this time didn't go well according to us: our starters and later the main courses didn't arrive for the both of us at the same time.

Service matched the caliber of the food - excellent. Everything we ate was fresh, heat level was correct on temperature and spice and simply delicious. Service and genuine attention to customer was on par with 5 star restaurant. Highly recommend when you want a break from steak or pasta or anytime you want reliably good food

I don't know much about Indian food. Our waiter was reluctant at first to help us but warmed up after a while and we had an excellent meal. Amazing tastes! The seating on the bench was a little uncomfortable as it slopes toward the floor and is about 12 inches deep. Maybe just sit in the chairs and enjoy! The naan was particularly tasty.

It was an amazing first time experience trying Indian food in Florence with my friends. The dishes were impeccable (probably the best in Tuscany), worth every penny we spent. The service is awesome, and so is the ambiance (classical Indian Bollywood music set up was such a vibe). Highly recommended, would visit again. 🙂

We always love trying Indian in every place we visit and Indian Palace is the highest rated on The Fork so we tried it and it did not disappoint - from the amazing staff to the fantastic food and authentic atmosphere (plus great AC!), everything was perfect and that the team spoken English was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!

The least you could expect is for you order to be respected; and when you ask whether what you are being served is what you ordered, you would not expect the waiter to lie about it, even if he comes to apologize at the end of the meal. This ruined an experience which would have been pleasant otherwise.

Lovely and lively atmosphere in a nicely presented and clean premises. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very good menu selection and all our dishes were nicely presented and well cooked/spiced. Tasty and generous portions. Recommend!

Staff and the food❣️ excellent tasty food and very friendly service staff. We spent 5 days in Florance and went 4 times to the Indian palace. Lunch and Dinner - all superb. From northern to South Indian food. Excellent Dosa 👌 If we go again to Florance, for sure we will eat at the Indian Palace.
