The best personal service with excellent Indian cuisine

Good food. They do not serve non alcoholic beer for some odd reason. Waiter somewhat not accessible/present when very much needed, causing our food to become cold. Not many guests at the restaurant during our 2 hr visit.

We loved it! Old school currys that are very difficult to find. I love a vindaloo and they’re not always hot and flavoursome enough, this was perfect ! The dhansak perfectly balanced with the sweet and sour. Service was excellent, very friendly and polite. The restaurant was very traditional, cute and authentic. Highly recommend if you love your spice!

A very good restaurant with reasonably priced and authentic Indian food. I highly recommend for a good meal and very nice waiting staff!

Have visited this little restaurant every time I come to Monaco, and will return again! The food is great, the service is friendly and we especially love the casual feel of the place. Highly recommend!

The lunchtime menu at 11€ is excellent value. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Great traditional Indian restaurant not at all flashy.

The food is always very fresh and delicious at the Indian Star and the staff are very kind an service is fast and good. We had the added bonus of an outside table and a street duet performing in the evening across the road on a lovely summers night.

We ordered Lamb Vindaloo and it was very spicy (and we are used to extremely spicy food), containing many large pieces of lamb in the vindaloo gravy. Often we are disappointed at the meagre meat portions, but not this time. We also ordered the Cauliflower and Potato Curry - again, a tasty dish with plenty of the vegetables. Steamed Rice was our only accompaniment. Overall, we were really impressed by the food and thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
