The restaurant was very loud and echo (in the rear room ) and the ambiance was not the best. (white lights very bright at 10:30 pm didn’t help)z There was only 2 waiters for a full restaurant which made the service very expeditive , the waitress seemed very stress and was a bit abrupt, . The food was also quite disapointing as we would expect a restaurant with this kind of range of price (a bit expensive for Madrid) to serve better food. The hamburger was very simple , the bread was soggy and the fries were very bad (not cooled enough and humid) , The Pil Pil Bacalau was fresh and tasted good but could have more peppers to had flavour, and also for 27 € should have included a sidesish of vegetables at the least. We did appreciate that the waiter appologized for our disapointinh experience and offeref us a complimentary drink, hoping they can have better fries, better hamburger bread and add seasoning to the meat, and a bit of flavour to their bacalau, as we would not come back.
