We had booked a table for 6, including 2 children, for 7.30 but table was not ready when we arrived and we had to queue outside in the rain for a table to be ready . We were told it would be 10 minutes but we waited 25 minutes. They did apologise and we had no complaints about the food but it wasn’t a good experience. The restaurant is very small and tables are very close together. It appears to be very busy between 7 and 8.30, even on a wet Monday evening.

The food is fantastic! However, be prepared for really long waiting times (for a table and at the table).

Great atmosphere, crazy good pizza (and generous size), a lot of alcohol in the limoncello spritz 😅, all at super affordable prices and doubled by friendly staff.

Amazing Pizza! Our first time in Naples and our first meal. We couldn’t have wished for a better culinary start. I even had a Maradona inspired cocktail 🤩

I visited Insolito 7 years ago during my First time in Napels. I remembered this Restaurant for many years because of the incredible good food and Atmosphere. It's still the Same experience! Strongly recommend.to eat there.

We had booked ahead so had a reservation - we were seated immediately but soon after in an empty restaurant the table directly next to us was sat allowing for no privacy in a nearly empty restaurant. I missed the opportunity to see what was so exceptional about the food - we ordered the bruschetta and margarita pizza and beer. Food came quickly and we weren’t rushed but neither were we offered dessert. We did have to order from the QR code so you’re basically on your own. We had lunch at a local place in town that had better pizza and someone to suggest a good dessert for the same price and IMO better food.

Wow. We just got home from a four week European trip and played a game of “what was your favorite meal?” Both of us said the dishes we had from here. The salad, the pizza, the pasta… all of it was amazing. Is everyone super friendly, no. But they are all very kind and helpful. It felt like a true family. Glad we randomly chose this spot when scrolling. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

I get the ordering online thing but it’s a much better experience when a waiter comes to the table and engages you. Pizza was good…certainly not great. The middle was so thin and undercooked it was like mush. Good flavor…just not a “great” pizza

I’m sorry but what was that salt??? We tasted nothing but salt, unfortunately this restaurant needs to assess how edible their pizzas are once again, as we were able to eat only once piece of their Napoli pizza. One reccomendation to those who are thinking of reserving a table, do not eat the pizzas with anchovies.

Unpolite, terrible service, bad organization. We had a reservation and they we sat at the table after half an hour. We were waiting for 1:15 hours.
