Really lovely space and nice staff. We were really excited for the meal as we've enjoyed food by the chef at other locations but this was one of the worst meals of recent memory. All dishes unbalanced, lacking spices and flavours. The escabeche was literally just vinegar. Unfortunately very disappointed. The Tigelada may have been the best thing, or the pica pau.

Although the food was good and the service pleasant, the ambiance music was a bit loud, making it difficult for people at the table to chat.

The staff were kind, but the duck croquettes had a slightly dry crust, which made them seem like they weren’t freshly made. The food and drinks also took quite a while to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I had ordered prawns as a starter but never got them. Overall, it could have been a better experience.

From the moment our reservation was confirmed our service and treatment was fantastic. Food was superb and service warm, friendly and kind Our whole group had a wonderful meal

Unfortunately, dinner at Intenso was a middling experience at best. The food was fine but fell short compared to similar places with lower prices and food that seems more freshly and carefully prepared. Service was friendly enough yet inattentive to such things as clearing plates. Overall, a disappointment from a chef/owner whose cooking we have enjoyed elsewhere in Lisbon in the past.

The ambiance was good, the service great, and the food selections original and tasty. Our only reservation is the wine selection, which is very pricy without any modest alternatives. It's understandable as a way to compensate for the large discounts offered through The Fork. We took this into consideration and had a very nice experience. Just be aware that wine selections are costly by Lisbon standards. We may well return but will make a single glass of wine each last the entire meal in lieu of ordering an entire bottle.

Such a wonderful restaurant - every dish we had was tasty and beautifully presented. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we had a nice time. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Lisbon

Nonu was our waiter, and he went above and beyond to make our night extra special! The food was delicious (especially our cod cakes), and we also both enjoyed a glass of red wine. Thank you!! ☺️

Food delicious! Service hyper cool and friendly without being overbearing. It’s not a cheap eat, but not expensive either. If you are looking for basic food (as a tourist) this is not the place for you, but if u actually want to try the local flavors at an elevated level, you must go here. Loved it and would totally recommend and go back!
