Staff were pleasant but we felt like we were rushed. We were not given a wine menu, no one checked in to see if we were enjoying our meal. Our drinks sat empty for a long time, we had to flag someone down to order another.

If you’re looking for an Italian restaurant other than pasta or pizza, this is an excellent night out in the heart of Geneva! With pasta and pizza as well of course, but also so much more. Pricey but worth it.

Great food and nice ambience. Issue is the wine list which is not updated and not precise ( they will bring other vintages as they are on the menu). Otherwise I can only recommend! The restaurant is also dog friendly and staff are nice.

Food is good , but ridiculously, really ridiculously expensive, for the amount of food that is more like a spoonfull!!!!! Very load, a sound engineering specialist would of been appreciated.

We were a big group attending a conference in Geneva - the restaurant accommodated all our request, the food was amazing and the restaurant is very cosy - you arrive in there coming into the shop, passing in front of the kitchen - all super cool

Great food especially the artichokes recipes and the pizzas. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, the dining room gets very noisy at some point.

Quality of food unfortunately dropped compated to one year ago. Some dishes are overpriced and the menu is not very interesting.

The food was excellent, tasty and the portions were generous. The only downside: the loud music…the louder the music, the louder the people have to speak, it’s a rather small restaurant so…also some tables are really close, there is just a small table in between. You don’t want to share your conversation with other people, not want to listen to them ! Other than that, really good !!

My favourite Restaurant in Switzerland! I am Italian and I never go to an Italian restaurant when I am abroad. Intenso is the only exception! You feel home! Service is perfect, food amazing (aperitivo, pizza and tuna tartare my fav), waiters so kind and respectful also caring about all details. If you are in Geneva, you MUST go!

The welcome is very nice and the food is delicious. The restaurant is very small and extremely noisy. It is very difficult to hold a quite conversation. The service is fine but they are overwhelmed and forgot to bring one order. All in all the pasta is really excellent!

Superb service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the tight space also meant that it was on the noisy side. Food was reasonably fine. The pasta's were slightly disappointing as it didn't pack a flavour punch. The tagliolini with black truffles came swimming in a wet sauce and the troflette in pesto was served with an under seasoned, under flavoured pesto sauce. Desserts of the Delizia al Simone dÁmalfi was to die for.
