This place is so good! We went twice, at lunch and dinner, and both times were so so so so good!!! For lunch, we ordered the beef carpaccio with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and parmesan cheese for a starter, fettuccine with white ragú and truffle for a first course, and the trio of fried meatballs as a small second course. For dinner, we did a full three course meal. We ordered “the rack” for a starter (an IMPRESSIVE amount of meats and cheeses that are SO GOOD), then the tonnarelli cacio e pepe served in pecorino cheese (OMGG SO GOOD), and finally, Uruguayan black angus slice cut steak (A+!!) and sliced sirloin (WOW). We were so full!!! Everything was SO GOOD!!! I don’t know how else to describe it! They have a meat counter inside, and this man was chopping up a huge rack of meat as we ate (SO COOL). Its walls are lined with bottles of wine and decorated with corks. The vibe is unmatched!!! I wish there was one where I live, but I’ll just have to come back to Rome to eat here again!!

This was our favourite restaurant experience in Rome. The service, food and wine was just perfect. The white ragu pasta which was recommended was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The bistecca was also amazing. An absolute gem and great value for money.

Went there 5 years ago on our last visit and the food was a bit better. Everything needed seasoning this time. Steak has way too much chewy fat on it. But the owner was very helpful and the tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had and our friends pasta was very goo.

If you want to eat beautiful Italian pasta and the best meats, you need to hurry to this place! Also the staff is very nice and polite. Oh and the Tiramisu is to die for and so nicely presented! Will definatly pay a visit everytime I visit Rome 100% recommended

Terrific steak, friendly service. Only note is that the menu is very limited, so you need to want red meat, with the only other choices being some tasty, but cheesy, tonnarelli cacio e pepe. Good value for the quality of the meat.

One of the best dinners I’ve ever had! We were a group of 10 visiting Rome. We are so glad we chose this for our last dinner! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch. This is the best restaurant in Rome; I came back here three times a week. The sirloin steak with butter is simply divinely tender and melts in the mouth, the steak with truffle sauce is the perfect combination of flavors. Uruguayan steak with pumpkin sauce is luxurious and tender. Carpaccio with pumpkin sauce is an excellent starter, an interesting combination. Spaghetti in a pecorino wheel - creamy, filling, a bit too salty, but excellent with wine. Cacio e pepe pasta is simply divinely delicious. Pasta with truffles - luxurious, plenty of truffles. A few questions about the steak with artichokes - it's not bad, but I got a sinewy piece, it was not easy to chew) all the wine we tried was fabulous: white Timorasso from Piedmont, red Nerello from Etna, reds by the glass - I recommend them all. And the dessert - tiramisu - it's not just a dessert, it's a performance! And I must say separately about the staff: fabulous people, very compassionate, helpful, attentive. The best.

Food wasn’t great. The fried meatballs were raw in the middle and the steak was extremely chewy. The truffle sauce curdled and just was not a great experience. Our server went and got the chef because we did not finish our food. They stood and pointed, talking about us. We didn’t complain or say anything negative. Overall, very uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
