What a wonderful experience it was and totally unexpected. I do not understand how this restaurant cannot have a Michelin Star. Outstanding service and attention to detail. Martina who took care of us was simply very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. They Chef Gaetano came and spoke to us at the table and explained all the process of future food that is vegetarian and how he infuses everything to make it look like meat and salami for example. He had prepared vegan pecorino cheese from chick peas. The amuse bouche was unbelievable and we had the beef cheeks and fish for main course. The pastas were excellent too. We had an amazing experience and want to thank the team at iPalici for their outstanding cuisine and hospitality. Thank you so much? Anna and Kai

The service was impeccable from start to finish. The attention to detail with each dish including the canapés, bread, salamis' and petit fours was faultless also. The restaurant was very quiet due to it being 19.30 on a Wednesday but it was still a lovely place to eat and spend time.

This is hands down one of the best restaurants I have been to tlin terms of excellent service, dedication to food, and inventiveness. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants around the world, and this one is up there with the best of them. You MUST come here if you visit Sicily. You will be remiss to miss it.
