I first visited Ipolitto in August 2025 and was very impressed with the standard of the cooking, so I booked to eat there again when I returned to Italy in October with my wife. Again, the food was excellent, probably the best meal I ate during three weeks in Italy and Sicily. I will definitely return in future! Everything was cooked to perfection and served beautifully. As we prefer seafood, the choice was good. The only negative was that there were many dishes we did not get to taste!
