Our experience at Isso Osteria was exceptional. An intimate dining experience that was just right in every way. The hors d’oeuvres, our main courses, and the wine selection, were all excellent. The desserts were especially good. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing spot! Loved everything about Isso Osteria — cozy vibe, delicious food, and great energy all around. Huge shout-out to Sara, the sweetest hostess ever! She made us feel super welcome and had the best wine tips. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic food, very nice place and very good service. It is a great taste of everything we tried, over our exepectation. From “Polipo ala Luciana” , pasta, polpete and very special bacala to a Surprisingly and Delicious desert served by Chef himself. Congratulations to the team.

Great welcome with appetizers. Very nice waitress assisting us and all other customers on her own! The food was delicious, perfect Italian taste. My son even ordered the grilled octopus twice! Finishing touch with a limoncello of the house.

On the edge of Chiaia, this hole in the wall was warm and inviting. Our party of four was looking for something more than aperitivos for dinner, so the solid pasta dishes here were a perfect choice. We started with two of the Anchovy starters, one fried and another on focaccia. Both were very tasty. Pasta Genovese with a deep meat and onion flavor was amazing. This did not come out of a jar. Spaghetti Nerono with fried zucchini and cheese was another winner. Service was attentive. Wine list was short.

Restaurant is very pretty with nice atmosphere. Irritatingly, there are no printed menus and everything is done through QR code, but there was some confusion in the translation from Italian to English. Waiter did not explain the dishes properly and did not listen to an allergy issue, so neither of us got what we expected. He also forgot to bring our wine. Food was fine, though based on the physical appeal and sophisticated appearance of the restaurant, I would have expected better.

+1The staff treated my family so nicely as we were dear friends. I felt like I was at somebody’s home. The owner and his beautiful wife went out of their way to please our every wish. The chef grilled shrimps on skewers that were out of this world. The food was unbelievably delicious. Tiramisu came as a surprise in steaming mocka pot. Inside was a delicious freshest tiramisu.

Our server was very helpful, attentive and wonderfully personable. The food was a unique take on some Italian dishes, with a wonderful selection of wine. The ambiance is a modern cottage style that provides a private peaceful place to have an amazing dinner.

Was expecting a more simple osteria but it was a level up with some personal touch. The food was good, a nice little cute place and it surprised us in a positive way. Renato hosted us and he made it unforgettable

Staff was great. Followed their recommendations for a fabulous dinner. Tiramisu is a must have for desert!
