When eating tastes like “coming home”. One of the best and tastiest restaurants ever. There are enough vegetarian options. We were surprised and let the waitress choose the dishes. We have never eaten such a delicious eggplant. The cocktails, the wine, the sake were also incredibly good.

Great food, atmosphere and service. The decoration is very original and cosy; there's a great vibe. The music is a bit loud but part of the experience (excellent playlist). Also, the menu is not very easy to decipher. Luckily, the chef made some great suggestions. The only dish I didn't enjoy was the aubergine, but everything else was excellent.

The service, the atmosphere, the amazing flavours, the relaxed way one is treated and the support you get in reading the Japanese menu :-) Tip: let the chef make your choices and just tell the things you (think you) don’t like. Reserve space for dessert, do have a glass of sake in stead of wine and please invite me at your ‘table’.

If you have never been to an Izakaya in Japan it can be a enjoyable experience. Edamame - Warm, crispy and salty Chicken heart skewer - Had to send it back as it was not cooked well enough and lacked char. The main chef intervened and we received a full skewer that was much better prepared. He threw in a Chicken skin skewer as well. Much appreciated and good. Chicken tail skewer - Ok Toro Yokke Chirashi - Rice, tuna belly tartar, salmon roe and egg yolk on top. Small portion. My wife liked it more. Katsu Sando - Very tasty, warm, breaded and well seasoned pork on a bit of a soggy bread. We drank beer as well as a decent highball. Wine selection is sincerely overpriced. Service - Overall good and friendly although at times it can be felt as pushy. At the end a waitress asked too many times if we needed anything else. I guess we needed to leave. Prices - A bit on the rich side . Will we go back, probably not.

We came here based on the high reviews. It was recommended for the best sushi in Cascais. We wanted to try different things and decided to get their tasting menu. Unfortunately you cannot order it for one person if there are more than two people in your party. So my wife and I both ordered the tasting menu. We did not realize that they didn’t serve sushi here. And although the food was really good, it was not deserving of the tasting menu price. We recommend that if you come here do not order the tasting menu, and order a la carts as it will be cheaper and more enjoyable.

Although we had a reservation for 21:30, we weren't seated until 22:00, which was frustrating. Later, as we were finishing dessert, the staff started cleaning up around 23:00, which ruined the atmosphere. On the plus side, the food was quite good.

It was a fun experience, the food was very good and the staff were nice. Loved it, but we were a bit shocked by the price, we ordered the Omakase menu and thought we would share one menu (for 2 people), but we were charged 2 menus and I think it would've been cheaper to order separately. A lot of food and everything very tasty, but next time we'll order less stuff 😅 A fun concept and different Japanese food (other "Japanese" restaurants are usually mostly sushi, but here they have a lot of different things to try). You eat at the tall "bar-like" counter, so it's not wheelchair accessible unless you eat outside maybe. Loved the squid with butter sauce (Miruku sem-ko) with homemade sweet bread to dip, the steamed clam (Asari no sakamushi) and the pork sandwich (Katsusando).

Very good food - excellent service - nice ambiance Menu ( which is very comprehensive ) should include English translations as well as separate Omakase Menus for fish and meat to give an indication as to what might be available from the chef !
