The food, the chef, the wine and the service were unimaginably fantastic. My wife and I visited on November 6, 2025. Chef Faussat delivered his cuisine of southwest France with understated civility and humor. Simply beautiful in every way. Letting him choose the wines for each course was the best decision we ever made!

8/10Outstanding food. Clunky service. We were at the first seating of the night and they were already out of the house specialty pigeon, but a table next to us got one. Multiple incorrect courses brought out. I speak decent French but had difficulty communicating with the servers (who spoke almost no English). The food was absolutely outstanding. Great value for food of this quality.

We had a party of four and chose the tasting menu, accompanied by a bottle of red wine recommended by the chef. Every dish was delicious, with a fantastic flavor profile, and the homemade desserts were outstanding. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. You can truly tell that the chef cares about both flavor and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place for date nights, small gatherings, or just a special treat for yourself.

10/10The service was friendly and attentive . The food was delicious. We had the price fix lunch with a few substitutions including some specialties like the pigeon, millefeuille and lemon soufflé . We were the last group in the restaurant yet did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend

6/10The evening started out well enough. The food was pretty good. We, a table of three, ordered the chef's tasting menu with wine. $110 plus $55. We also had aperitifs and sparkling water. What was confusing was after paying for the meal, we didn't examine the bill as we were in a bit of a food coma and in our cups after 3 1/2 hours, was there were charges for more than just the tasting menu, wine, aperitif, and water. Things that were to have been included in the tasting menu. Beyond the water and aperitifs we didn't order anything else, yet there was an extra few hundred euros in additional food. Needless to say we felt taken advantage of. We overheard another table of Americans behind us seem to have an issue with the check as well, but we didn't pay that much attention to it. It makes us wonder if this is how they treat tourists. Maybe the dying flowers in the arrangement in the front room are indicative of this restaurants future.

Bonjour, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de parteger votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la qualité des plats proposés dans notre menu dégustation. Concernant votre remarque sur l'addition, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions importantes. En plus du menu dégustation et des 4 cocktails commandés( votre mari en à commander 2 pour lui, 1 pour vous madame, et le dernier pour votre convive arrivé en retard). Votre table à également commander 3 assiètes de fromages ainsi que 3 verres de vins supplémentaires, qui ont été ajouter à votre commande. Ces éléments, bien que non inclus dans le menu,ont bien été facturés en conséquence. Ps: les voisins irlandais on également laisser un pourboire à l'équipe car ils etaient très " happy".

8/10The food was delicious - every bite was excellent. Yet, the service was lacking. We were sat at a table for 25 minutes before anyone came to talk to us. We were given very little information about the dishes. The chef was visiting other tables and not ours. We had to ask what everyone else was drinking because everyone else was given a special beverage. We were charged for 2 wine pairings when we only ordered 1 and then the chef had brought us the bill and was clearly very frustrated and brought us cash to repay us. He had walked out every other guest but did not walk us out. It felt strange. The food was fantastic and the wine too.

+4We had dinner to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. It is a very nice touch how Jacques himself comes around to each table and serves you wine and interacts with you. Highly recommend!

5/10The flavour was okay but one-dimensional with the exception of the dessert. Portions were good with one bite but too salty/sour/sweet with additional bites. The dishes were unbalanced. Good portions. Wine pairings did not come out with paired dishes (sometimes before and sometimes after) There were 2 servers, and 4 tables but while the service was polite it did not feel genuine All patrons were seated at the back of the restaurant/nearest to the kitchen. Maybe to make the restaurant feel less empty, No music playing either. And with a relatively empty restaurant, it felt weird and that most people were quiet-speaking/whispering only Not a great vibe

10/10We had a birthday celebration lunch and couldn’t be more happy with the food, service and ambience. One of the best lunch we had in Paris. Chef Faussat came to us after the meal and greeted us and made our experience even more special. Merci!

10/10The design of the restaurant is warm and good looking. The service is excellent particularly due to the involvement of Chef Jacques. The food, classic french, is really tasty and brings perfect matches. Some dishes are unique like the pigeon. Beautiful set up and incredible taste. With no doubt the best one I ever had.

4/10Service seemed a bit off for a one-star restaurant (wine/water not being refilled). Some parts of some of the dishes were interesting, but there was a lack of innovation beyond pressing (pressed potato and foie entree, pressed lamb, pressed cheese), and the flavors were sometimes more assaulting than refined. Wine recommended by chef was ok. Unfortunately, we left unclear what Michelin had seen in this restaurant and a bit disappointed at 175€ a person.

4/10We were not given the right menu. Wine pairing was very ungenerous Service was nice but below ecpectation ( said that the fish was someting else, did not serve the wine in time with the food). Overcharged for a bottle of water, which they did not have to. Food was average. Overall, very overated experience, an amator team, average foid, overpriced, and trying to overcharge us. Disapointed by both the fork and michelin recommendation

Si nous comprenons et nous excusons pour votre temps d'attente lors de cette soirée -nous aurions souhaité être plus efficaces à votre table, le restaurant était complet ce soir-là-, nous vous trouvons un peu dure et votre commentaire cinglant, d'autant que vous n'avez rien laissé paraître et auriez pu nous en parler. S'il y a eu surfacturation, ce n'est évidemment pas volontaire, il n'est pas dans nos pratiques de flouer nos clients ! Quant à la quantité de vin servie lors d'un accord, les verres -et nous l'annonçons- ne sont jamais aussi pleins qu'un verre servi pour un choix de vin unique. Nous regrettons n'avoir su et pu vous offrir un meilleur moment dans notre établissement.

10/10We dined at this fine restaurant at the recommendation of a friend who dines at Michelin star restaurants for a living and we were super impressed. Service was friendly and knowledgeable including the sommelier whose recommendation we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was out of this world. Every course on the set menu was delicious and well executed. The stand-outs were the specialties of the house--potato millefeuille and foie gras and the flambeed pigeon WOW Nothing like we've experienced before. Bravo Chef! The ambiance is pretty, clean and chic. We so enjoyed seeing the Chef on the floor helping and serving. A tribute to his kitchen's expertise to deliver fabulous food. And it was such a treat to meet Chef Faussat. He is as charming and handsome as his cuisine.

10/10A wonderful small restaurant. It’s January and restaurants are almost empty. Only one other party at lunch. Restaurant had lost heating, but every table had a space heater, so it was very toasty. Food and service were excellent. Interesting cuisine with a kind of Japanese influence. Highly recommend.

8/10Food was very good and creative. Only reason for the not “excellent” rating was they did not honor the menu I booked on TheFork when making the reservation.- Accord Vins en supplément du Menu Découverte €50. Therefore, cost was a lot higher than expected.
