Food execution was under the level of the what the restaurant wants to be. From the menu 2 of the 5 main courses was missing The prok from the starter was serve cold The waiter was unprepared, the dishes was not explained at the table

The place is very pretty and the food is good. They did not have the 4 course menu we expected, just a la carte. It was nice but not remarkable. A bit pricy compared to other options in the city.

We chose the Chef’s Choice experience with the world wine pairing and loved everything from the food, the wine, the service and the ambiance. The explanation and presentation of the wine pairing choices was wonderful. We enjoyed learning about different wine regions and exploring the various tastes and aromas of each choice. Each food course exceeded our expectations and delighted our taste buds. Kudos to the chef and much appreciation to the presentation and explanation of each course. Highly recommend… and would love to visit again next time we are in Puglialy!

+4The ambience was professional and romantic. The table setting was gorgeous. Every course had a local touch and was innovative, fresh, and delicious. The wine pairings were a great and well-described by the staff. It was a quality meal well worth the price.

The waiters were very attentive. The wine waiter was really good; he took us through a variety of wines before alighting on one that suited. The food was nicely arranged but not nearly as tasty as some of the local pasta dishes. All a bit pretentious.

We went there for my husband's birthday and had an excellent night with care and attention to detail. We were received with a complimentary amuse bouche, and all the courses that followed had surprising taste and excellent presentation.

Good service, poor food We ordered the 6 course menu, and honestly, besides the dessert and appetizer, everything either seemed to be too salty or didn't have any flavour. Rather disappointing mea for such a good looking place.

An attention to the detail combined with great experience and daring yet really well put togerher flavours - congrats to the chef! Thanks for the evening. Even if we didn’t have anything to talk about: the dance the service provided - not intrusive but always present- great wine and exclusive food, we would go happy away. Really worth coming. Great thanks for the people that do this kind of work to make us happier!

World class meals, famous Italian chef, very fancy atmosphere, yet not that expensive :) We had the six course chef’s menu,. The evening started with two entrées, followed by lots of really well prepared food. The lamb especially, and the pasta with pulpo were amazingly delicious. The sommelier was off for the night, unfortunately, and the waiter apologised for the inconvenience. He offered us a glass of white Chardonnay, primitivo for the meats and some sweet wine for the deserts. All wines were from Puglia and they were excellent.

Jamantè greeted us with a calm and lovely lounge in subtle colours. We were asked to wait, enjoying the view of Mare Nostrum with a glass of bubbles and a little snack…. almost finger food. The ambience is calm, with a lot of space and cool design objects. All of a sudden we saw the extensive wine collection… and we realised, that this is a temple - which is why we went back twice. The menu at Jamantè is full of surprises, yet in many ways respectful to the immense and important culinary heritage of Puglia. Chef Roberto Pisciotta has created a perfect balance between the present and the past in the most beautiful presentations I have ever experienced - and sometimes there is a great sense of humour, too; the design of the classical peperoni ripieni is something you will never forget. Flavours are gently balanced, always respecting the raw material and offering new perspectives. We were expertly guided through an extensive wine list by the sommelier, who is also the owner and very friendly director of Jamantè. The staff is very well educated: attentive but never too present.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was spot on not too pretentiousness but friendly, attentive and knowledgeable….the food and wine were exceptional we look forward to going back…thank you for a lovely evening ????
