5/10For an Italian restaurant (and for the price) it was a very standard pasta, which I could probably eat at a food court in the shopping center. My carbonara wasn’t fresh and the flavours were a strange mix. However the staff was nice.

4/10First waiter was rude and very pushy. They were sold out of 2 of the main dishes (there aren't that many to start with) so I went with the battered fish which was awful and tasted off. The last waiter who took over our dessert and bill when our waiter left was great (wish we had him from the start) we have been 3 times and this was out worst experience and the food was way below average today. Don't think we will be back again

8.5/10Like to cook and follow Jamie on TV/streaming so fun to try one of his restaurants while in Europe. Relaxed vibe with open plan kitchens. Food was good but my husband thought the tagliatelle was a bit starchy and the bolognese sauce was pretty much pure meat, made for a very heavy meal. My spaghetti pomodoro was delicious as was the cauliflower Caesar. Bruschetta was tasty but a bit cold. We still enjoyed the meal. If you are down in the Baixa take an Uber or be prepared for a seriously long uphill climb with a lot of stairs.

9.5/10Great restaurant especially on the first night in Lisbon when you haven't quite found your bearings. Easy to book online with good availability. Excellent food with great service. 2 of our party ordered starters but they were brought with the mains which was odd but it all got eaten! Deserts to die for! Really attentive waiter and whilst the steak wasn't right the first time it was rectified quickly. Overall really lovely night which we all enjoyed.

10/10This place was better than I expected. It had great service too! I had Carbonara that was delicious. The garlic bread was so soft. We were there for my friend's birthday and they truly made her feel special. I am glad to have gone and will definitely go back soon.

10/10Food and service met all of our expectations. Fresh salad, well prepared and presented main entrees and delicious dessert. Nice size portions and was served hot. Staff was very pleasant and friendly and service was very good.

10/10Jamie's is one of our favorite Lisbon cafe's. Now that we no longer live in Lisbon, we still go to Jamie's whenever we're in town. Excellent food and top notch service... what more can you ask for? And the only place on earth that I've ever seen a salad like the Super Food Salad! It's delicious!

10/10A really great experience. The vibe of the place was really good. Food was very tasty and very well explained by our server. I cannot remember his name but he was so eager to make us welcome. All I know is he is 27 and wanted to learn Irish! He knew phrases and dialects ( so not just a fake) well done to an amazing team 10/10

8.5/10My party of four was pleasantly surprised with the many options on the menu and the quality of the food. After a bumpy start, the wait staff found their footing and provided an enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, a party of nine arrived 20 minutes into our meal, stood at that table behind us greeting each other for at least 10 minutes, and then started moving tables and chairs together to accommodate themselves. They weren't rude, just not courteous or aware of any other diners being distracted by them, and the staff didn't step in to help the situations. I hate to knock the restaurant for this, but it put a damper on our overall experience.

7/10I was travelling with my husband and 10 year old twin daughters. We booked in early for dinner as I knew my girls would be hungry after exploring the city all day. The restaurant wasn't busy but I got the impression the hostess was ignoring us when she took a drinks order from the table behind us even though they arrived well after us. My children are not endlessly patient like many children and they were tired and thirsty. I ended up (embarrassing but necessary) waving my arms at the hostess about 45 mins after we'd arrived and she appeared inexplicably cross/snobby with us and took our full food and drink order in one go. Hostess aside the food was very tasty and we enjoyed our mocktails and drinks but we felt unwelcome and wouldn't return. Even though there was a children's menu the atmosphere was not relaxed and I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children. The menu had a good variety of options to suit all of us and we enjoyed the meal but the restaurant is not family friendly.

4.5/10If you book by the fork and have discount dont go to this restaurant! They made a mess to give us discount and made us feel like we had to fight for it! The quality of the food also decreased a lot from 1 year ago. Avoid!!

9.5/10These kinds of restaurants from celebrity chefs can sometimes have a certain bad reputation for being overly priced for what they serve. This was definitely not the case. From the entrees to the desert, everything tasted fresh, and while some might think otherwise, I truly felt the prices were fair. Our garlic break was soft like it had just been baked, even the cocktail I had was really good, they have special daily menus that are a good option for who is not hoping to spend much. The quality and freshness of the food was miles from a letdown. And lets not forget the service, the level of interaction was normal, but our servent eas very toughtfull and nice, we felt well treated feom the start. Will be back.

5/10I use to be a big "fan" of the restaurant, but unfortunately my last experience was truly bad. A table of 2, on the middle of the week (wednesday), room almost empty... took more than 1 hour to receive our meal. The starter arrived immediately after request, but the main plates they totally forgot and worked on several excuses to justify. Not the level of service I'm used to receive on this restaurant. At the end, not even an apology request...

8/10Staff was great, specially Moises who served us. Very good arancini. I expected more from the lasagne, which was a bit heavy, pasta and bechamel sauce.. Its tomato sauce was delicious, though. The rib eye steak was delicious, although one of its accompanying sauces tasted bland. Skinny fries were ok. Very nice overall.

10/10We had the most wonderful meal at Jamie’s! We had a 3 year old in our group and we had a few difficult requests but nothing was a problem at all for the wonderful team. The service was five star! On top of that the food was all delicious - we could not fault it at all.

7.5/10We were very well received in the front desk. I was having lunch with my 8 year old daughter and the family focus from the restaurant is a plus. A "fresh" menu is required and since it's the 3rd time I visit, I do miss something new. Prices are ok, but a little bit overrated. Majority of the staff was new and even with an empty restaurant food took a long time. The waiter addressed the situation and offered coffee, which was a good treat. Ambience also requires something new, since tables and chairs are on their limit of time. Not sure if I will visit again. If I do, just for the family focus from the restaurant.

10/10A good meal as always. They stick to Jamie's formula and it works. I had an excellent burger. The steak was really good. Their Tiramisu is the best I have eaten anywhere. Highly recomended.

4/10Fairly disappointed. First time to a Jamie Oliver restaurant. Four of us went, the two that ordered the vongole were disappointed in the food quality. Other food was OK, but not outstanding. Service was terrible. Guys were trying hard, but had no idea what they were doing due to inexperience . My wife dodged dropped cutlery twice. Restaurant furnishings were tired and old. Would not recommend to anyone I liked.
