6/10Decor is nice but food disappointed. They did not have either of the two white wine options we chose. Pasta sauce was salty and heavy

Pasta & Pizza was completely average. I was expecting something better to be quite honest. I reserved at 2:30pm because it was the only time available when I was dooong the online reservation platform even though I wanted to go earlier for lunch. I wrote a note asking if it was possible to arrive earlier that nobody answered. I also called 5 times at different hours to make the change and nobody picked up the phones. To my surprise, when I arrived at 2:30pm, the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Then someone informed me they were expecting me earlier…to what I’ve said: “nobody contacted me, nobody informed me!” . Poor service. This is pretty easy to do guys ! I bet Jamie won’t be proud of the way it was managed.

8/10It's always nice to have dinner at Jamie's, I come here more often and almost always have the same: caesar salad with cauliflower and a good glass of Chardonnay. Unfortunately they took my favourite side dish (garlic steamed broccoli) from the menu. Waiter is always nice.

I made a reservation but there wasn't a table for me. At first the team was really nice and tried to compensate by giving me a welcome drink. Then they tried to make me stay at a bar table instead of a real table inside the restaurant. I had to push a little to get there and still, before I could get the table they wanted me to go to the terrace, where it's colder. I'm from Brazil, definitely not used to the cold weather and took my mom to dinner hoping for a warm cozy place. When I finally got my table I was brought a bread I didn't order (but that was charged in the bill). The food was great, the server was incredibly nice, but the table thing was annoying. This was my second time at this restaurant and comparing both experiences, it fell short.

10/10It was a really good experience. From the moment we walked into the door until we left. Yaser service was flawless. Super proactive, respectfull, attentive and patient with the kids too. The food was great and cooked perfectly. It was overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience! The food was excellent, with well-prepared dishes full of flavour. The service was one of the highlights: very fast, attentive and always available without being intrusive. The space has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. Definitely a place to return to!

Great service and ambient. The food was average, but not exceptional to the point that I want to go back another time. A friend ordered carbonara, but carbonara with “ricotta cream” is not carbonara. I had higher expectations but it’s not worth a second visit.

6.5/10A rushed experience overall. We received a warm welcome and the initial service when taking our food and drink order was good, but everything felt overly quick from that point on. Our starter arrived within 10 minutes, and as soon as we finished it, our main courses were brought out - some time between courses would have been appreciated. Then, immediately after we finished our mains, our plates were cleared and we were asked if we wanted dessert. We declined, as we’d only just finished eating. Less than a minute later, the bill was placed on our table, followed shortly by our waitress arriving to take payment. It felt as though we were being hurried out, and it was only 8pm. A 45 minute dining experience wasn’t what we were hoping for. It really let the restaurant down, as the food itself was quite good, but the pace made it feel more like fast food than a relaxed restaurant meal.

7/10Lovely restaurant. Staff great. 2 steak and chips, steak very small, chips must have been left for a while, all portions cold. Carbonara pasty and set, also lukewarm warm.

9/10delicious Italian food - we had the lasagna and the carbonara as main courses, and brownie and tiramisu for dessert, all equally impeccable. beautiful restaurant, located in the most interesting area of the "touristic" Lisbon. service was good. but could be a bit more attentive (saw some people on the waiting area being forgotten, and leaving).
