8/10I ordered a favourite but simple dish, Spaghetti Carbonara. Very little sauce and the spaghetti was congealed in to a solid mass, couldn't separate with my fork, had to cut it into chunks. Tasty but not well prepared. I make it much better myself, so disappointing from a top restaurant. It was my second visit in the past 2 years, the first time everything, except other loud guests, was perfect. I've recommended them to friends, will think twice about doing so again. Disappointing because I love J.O.

8/10The tagliatelle and the Salmon lasagna (dish of the day) were both very tasty. The Prosecco was also bubbly and very pleasant. The service was fast and efficient.

7.5/10We had a reservation and when we arrived, the manager shrugged and only two tables were occupied. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The menu offered a lot of choices, especially for vegetarians and the food was tasty. We had the ravioli and risotto and enjoyed both. But we ordered “seasonal greens” expecting salad and received old broccoli with burnt garlic. We expressed our disappointment and they comped us for one seasonal green. Unfortunately, in a city with thousands of places to eat, this is a mediocre restaurant backed by a famous name. The decor is unimaginative and unwelcoming.

6/10Too noisy! There are some white lights in the room which is awful (in that tables it seems that you are in a Chinese restaurant). The staff is good and polite.

5/10We were excited to check out the Jamie’s having lots of cookbooks of his. We reserved in advance and received the table up the stairs next to the kitchen. Additionally it was very hot upstairs and we could overhear all of the staffs conversation. Long story short not a great table and leaving we saw there was still space downstairs which made it a bit frustrating. We had the shrimp aioli and garlic bread for starters. The shrimp came with yesterday’s lemons and when pointing out the waiter apologized and brought a fresh lemon. Garlic bread was alright, more bread than garlic. Then we had the pasta bolognese, lasagne -which our kids liked-, the steak (which was pretty good) and the carbonara which was alright. Overall a bit underwhelming especially the atmosphere.

5/10As someone who has been several times to this restaurant it’s quite sad to see how the service level decreased lately. The host is always very nice but the waiters who served us made us feel like they were annoyed to be working. Removed the plates without asking if we finished. No thank you at the end. Bad experience n terms of service.

10/10It was our second time coming here, as we loved the restaurant the first time. Everything was great once again. The food was delicious and did not take long at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the desserts, especially the tiramisu and lemon cheesecake.

10/10+3The food was great. The pizzas were big and the dough was really good, not super thin but not too thick either. Recommend the spinach and mushroom calzone. We also got the surf and turf meat dish, which had a chewy not so great texture but the staff was super friendly and understanding and gave us another dish without paying extra to replace that one. The tiramisu was really good, not too sweet. Overall the staff was super friendly and attentive and the restaurant had a good atmosphere and cool decoration.

10/10Great Italian restaurant! The service was perfect, the employees are very attentive. One of our drinks was forgotten, and they promptly offered it. Moreover, the cocktails were divine. Highly recommend the tiramisu martini! All and all a great experience

5.5/10We really enjoy Jamie’s cook books because the food is so “clean”; Jamie always promotes clean simple food in both his publications and his shows. Unfortunately that appeared to not be the case in his restaurant. Food tasted very pre-made and processed. Our server was also not the best; extremely slow and at times, nonexistent. Had to continually ask other servers for assistance.
