Excellent service, energetic team with very delicious food. One the thing the restaurant needs to change is the signage on the door. This is not easily legible up close moreover from across the street. I suggest LED signage.

Chef's menu was very surprising. Worth it. Will visit again. Well served. The lobster was easy to handle. Fish was baked to perfection. Chocolate cake was oh so delicious with strawberry ice cream.

Big restaurant that is part of the Hilton. Very hotelesque but that is ok. Very nice starters. Heavy on the meats. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The restaurant based in the Hilton Rotterdam is a very good place to dine with a good range of food at prices which are not overly expensive. The size of the plates are generous and tasty enough to ensure you will leave more than satisfied. The service is very slick too and highly personable which lends itself to return visits. All in all, JAQ is somewhere to go when you feel like a smart, yet casual dining experience at any time of the day.

We were promised a 50% discount for some food items when booking via the fork for this particular restaurant, but they actually charged us the full price. So we were quite disappointed with that!

Nicely decorated place and setting. In the lounge room the music was very loud however. Service wasn't very professional. We weren't greeted warmly and our waiter didn't look interested to serve us at all. There were a few times the staff temped to take away our food which we hadn't even finished. They actually took away our complementary snack (spiced popcorn), which was still half full at the time - very strange. Food was average and a bit blend.
