10/10A little treasure in big city - so worth to find it! Very welcoming friendly staff members. Fresh ingredients in front of your eyes and the art of preparing sushi performed in front of you give an extra joy to the experience. Thanks to all for your hospitality and delicious food!

9.5/10We were a bit taken aback when we realized how small the restaurant was and that there was only bar seating available for our party of two. While the seating isn't comfortable by my standards the rest of the experience is absolutely top notch!!! Terrific touches of creativity enhanced every delicious morsel we were served. The fish itself was very well selected by the chef leading to one of our best Sushi experiences ever! I will happily return with a party of four so I can sit at a table and thoroughly enjoy the sushi! Highly recommended!!!

9.5/10Excellent sushi. The hamachi sashimi was as good as we have ever had. (We ended up having three orders!) Only six or seven kinds of fish, but all incredibly fresh. And superb rice – worth ordering an extra bowl on the side. Also reasonably priced, for what it is. (There are only eight seats in the restaurant, which bills itself as mostly takeout. If you want to eat there, be sure to reserve.)

10/10We chose Jara sushi because it was described as the best sushi in Barcelona. The reviews did not lie! The service was great and the quality of the food was even better. If you are looking for a Japanese-like experience in Barcelona, this is your place to be. 10/10!

10/10Super good surprise ! Clearly NOT overrated Very intimate, so it's preferable to book before. We were tempted by the degustation menu and it was a delicious journey for the mouth. Plus, I did appreciate the minimalist/pop modern decoration and ambiance. I clearly recommand

9.5/10The food was divine. The place itself has only 8 seats which makes the excellent dining experience a little strange. On the other hand, the service experience, due to the small number of diners, was excellent. Attentive and pleasant.

10/10What an amazing experience all around!! This was the absolute BEST sushi we’ve ever had, and we are from Chicago which is a Mecca of good food! We did the 2 person omakase and it was beyond worth it!! This is a tiny place so you feel so special. Thank you for the best meal we had in Spain!

10/10Fantastic all the way around. Excellent nigiri quality, creative rolls, great staff. If you are able to dine in recommend skipping the menu, telling them how hungry you are, and asking for Omakase. Was perfect.

10/10Perfect service, quality ingredients, very attentive customer service. Last year we had the most amazing sushi experience, so good we had to come back this year also! I highly recommend you book in advance because they only have 7/8 seatings, but it’s so worth it. See you next year!
