10/10Lovely traditional restaurant . Food is really good. My children finished everything in normal portions. Duck and foie gras are amazing. Will definitely come back again!

5.5/10Sadly disappointing Very charming small restaurant for which we had great hopes. On the positive side the main courses were all excellent as were 2 of the 4 starters. The wine recommendations for the starters and main courses were very good. I found it odd to be asked to put my phone away by the maître d’ while I was trying to translate menu items for my family. The desserts were very ordinary. On ordering a dessert wine a half bottle of something from 1999 was produced - it wasn’t anything I recognised. The cork disintegrated on opening and when poured the wine was clearly off. The maître d’ said he thought it was “magnifique” but he would replace it. He then brought a rosé that was oxidised and unpalatable so we declined. By this time we had clearly earned the maître D’s disdain as his attitude became quite rude and surly. This was not a cheap meal and it could have been brilliant but the haughty, unfriendly service ruined the evening for us. Corked bottles are a fact of life and if handled correctly with good humour can be easily dealt with. This was the opposite and, sadly, we would not return.

9.5/10Lovely ambience and the food is suberb - it's like a step back into a gentile past and you could be in a little village in the country. The waiter was very funny - he wouldn't give us water for some hilarious reason but we he recommended a wonderful wine....

10/10This restaurant is a true gem. We learned about the Fork during a recent visit to Paris from our home in California. The room is small, charming, and elegant. The hosts were warm and inviting and were so helpful with translating the menu. The food and wine were excellent, as good as the Michelin-rated restaurants we ate at on this trip, and the ambiance was perfect. A must-visit while in Paris. While it is tucked away in the 15th Arrisdisment, it is worth your time.

9.5/10What a find! It was really good, unpretentious, but meticulously executed traditional French food. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Quite reasonably priced as well. A gem.

9.5/10What an absolute delight to dine at this tiny restaurant! It was a warm early evening so we opted to eat at one of the small outdoor tables. My son and I both had the Magret de Canard and we both loved it. The duck was tender and flavorful and potatoes so yummy. I wanted to keep eating even after I was full! The restaurant is on a quiet side street and unassuming to look at, but obviously takes pride in delivering elegant, refined food. Wholeheartedly recommend,

10/10A very lovely, cozy neighborhood hidden gem. We arrived the restaurant early and it soon began slowly filled up with other diners. The food is authentic French and of high quality. Great surprise came with the dessert as it was a birthday celebration. We enjoyed the meal very much.

9.5/10A place full of character and excellent food, provided by the charismatic waiter that has been there for 40 years (at least as old as the furniture and the decor). English is no problem, cards are fine as well. This is food. Our best experience in Paris this year

10/10Returned after 15 years to find the same enchanting off the beaten track restaurant. The proprietor greeted us warmly and gave us his most charming service and extraordinary dinner which included salmon and poached egg and crayfish celeriac as starters . The most delicious roast duck and potatoes and steak tartare served with a small bowl of creamy mashed potato. Wine recommendation was superb as was the crepe with apple and perfectly curated French cheeses. He told us he is closing the restaurant in three months time after 30 years which is a great loss. 10/10One of a kind experience. Our family loved the food, the place and the kind owner whom so patiently guided us on our way. Only downside was that we just decided for the main course. So we have to visit Je thé…me again before returning home. Merci Je thé…me.

10/10Off the beaten path and for god's sake, I hope it stays that way!! One of the best evenings of our lives. We sang Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" and Simon and Garfunkel with the owner in celebration of the food, the ambiance, the beauty of a Parisian evening that cannot be replicated.

10/10Not my first time at ‘Je The Me’ and always a great experience of French dishes at their best. The snails with creamy sorrel sauce were so delicate and delicious, the duck magret ‘gros sel’ outstanding in taste and so well cooked followed by an amazing baba au rhum made out of chestnut flower in its traditional way with whipped cream accompanied by great wine: What else to be happy ????????
