7/10The food was really tasty. We ordered a wide variety of dishes to experience a bit of everything, and found that it was all pretty well made. We took advantage of the 30% discount through the fork and both agreed we wouldn’t have been happy to pay more than we did. The service wasn’t good. After placing our initial order, no one ever came back to ask if we’d like another drink, to see how the food tasted, etc. We were one of 5 tables in the restaurant, and there were at least 3 servers, so no excuse really. I would have expected the server to suggest a bowl or rice or noodles or something, but they just wrote down our order and then disappeared. All in all a decent enough place for Hilversum, but would rather spend the same money in Amsterdam or Utrecht and have a really great experience.
