The staff are nice, was very clean! But the food was bellow our expectation (crispy was not crispy, and chicken was not done good and the beef in curry sauce was not fraged (good taste but gummy)! Personal i eat mussels and i was satisfied!

Wow. That's the first impression I had when we first got into the restaurant. The exterior of the restaurant could be deceiving (by its very authentic Dutch look) but the inside is a pretty modern and clean look. The restaurant was about half full at 7.15pm when we arrived. It was a Friday evening. The noise can be a bit loud at moments when everyone start talking about the same time. It might get louder with a full seated restaurant. We were also seated right at the center of the restaurant. Maybe the reason we got it in Dolby Atmos style :-). Joke aside... Nevertheless the food was amazing. Every dish is a surprise as it gets served. The flavour is present and is different from one dish to another and that gave us a great pleasant feeling. The seasoning of the dishes were also perfect. Right amount of salt and sauces accompanying the dishes. We had 16 dishes between the 3 of us and only 1 dish was just slightly over-salted. It can easy be under or over seasoned if you talk such amounts of plates served per evening! The zhe Shuan dishes are not the dishes you would expect in terms of tinginess and spiciness with its very specific dried Chillies and distinct pepper taste but nevertheless was still a good dish. On the service side, nothing to say about it. We have been served by a young lady who was very friendly, paying attention to the guests and always smiling. Conclusion for me is that this restaurant has good quality food, diverse dishes, consistent seasoning and high level of service! Great place for small group dinner also. I recommend!
