10/10Words can't describe how great JKitchen was, the service was the best we have ever received and everyone there was so friendly and lovely, easily the best dinner service we had in Italy 20/10 if possible, would go back in a heartbeat.

10/10A beautiful and dramatically decorated dining room follows a delightful drink on the open patio. The food is wonderful and the service is outstanding. You will want to dress up a bit for this elegant experience. The prices are commensurate with the elegant surroundings. It was a special evening I will remember.

3.5/10What a disappointing experience! The only thing this place has going for it is the view. However, there are many places with good views in Capri. The hotel staff is pretentious & they watch your every move in the hotel with hyper vigilance. It feels awkward. The restaurant is almost empty. The service slow & inadequate. They are nice, but that’s not good enough. Servers don’t clear the table of dirty plates. My glass of champagne sat on the table with an insect that fell into it & the servers didn’t bother to even ask me if I wanted another round. We had 1 round on drinks because no one ever asked if we wanted more. The food also disappointing. The dish San Pietro (fish dish) was so bad, undercooked, gummy. I returned it to the kitchen. We skipped dessert & just left. Food & service are bad. Skip this place.

So... It was so incredibly delicious that I forgot to take pictures because of the pleasure... Absolutely heartily recommended and one of the best restaurants ever! Many thanks to the entire team and especially to the kitchen..
