We ordered a bottle of sake, and half way through it, the bottle disappeared and they said we finished it. Which we know we didn’t not! So they tried to fix it by sending us a complimentary dessert and when the bill came, they charged us for the dessert, when I pointed it out, they apologized for the mistake. It is not the money $ issue it is how they try to cheat us. Which I didn’t appreciate, specially for JNCQUOI image and that I am a current client to all their branche restaurant….

Very good food, the upselling of certain products makes the experience a hint uncomfortable, the naan bread trap isn’t explained properly and then ends up costing per person (even if a person doesn’t have any)

The terrace seating is very nice in the evening. We brought a bottle of personal wine - all treated with the respect one can ask for - but the corkage fee ended up brutally on the bill at € 65 - twice the normal fee in comparable venues. Obrigado

Underwhelming food which is hard to justify at this price range. Service was alright but also not impressive as we felt there was never really someone paying constant attention to our table and had to raise hands a few times to ask for stuff. Ambience and Decor are by far the strongest point of this place; immersive, rich and detailed beautiful elements blended in a cohesive Oriental theme that transports visitors to distant exotic worlds.

I am extremely disappointed with my dinner last Saturday 5/July. We went to celebrate my youngest son's graduation. He has chosen JNCQUOI ASIA because he loves Peking duck. Unfortunately, the service throughout dinner was terrible! I had to keep calling for someone to come and serve us. We ordered appetizers, and a bottle of wine. We said we were having the duck for dinner (I had called ahead to reserve one). Before the drinks and couvert arrived, the duck arrived! We sent it back, saying we hadn't even been served the wine yet! When we finally received our appetizers after a long delay, the lady wasn't sure if the bao we ordered was ours; she had to check with another colleague. When we were finally ready for dinner, the hassle of everything prevented us from enjoying the duck as we should have. After we finished eating, no one came to clear our plates; I had to call a waitress again to do it. Unbelievable! In short, a terrible experience for a restaurant if this price level.

Food, service and ambiance were good. We wanted to opt for the express lunch but were told it was not being offered on that day. I think we should have been informed of this change since the regular menu was quite pricey for us. Nevertheless we enjoyed the food we ordered.

Honestly, I believe my expectations were too high. The food is good but not excellent (Maybe it was the specific dishes I ordered, but I don't know). The service was also good, but nothing amazing. When we requested the drink menu, it took a while to bring it to us, and we had to request it again. But other than that, the waiter was pretty good. The atmosphere is 10/10, very beautiful, comfortable, and a DJ was playing some nice music, absolutely no complaints. It's a bit expensive, honestly. I don't mind paying more to have a good experience, I really don't, but some dishes were very overpriced, in my opinion. Anyway, a good restaurant for sure. Worth going in, maybe you have a different experience than mine regarding the food, but honestly, there are a few restaurants in the region that I believe are better choices.

The table was terrible to sit in. Clients had different treatments, we where seated and given a QR code to scan for the menu, everyone else around was handed physical menus and given an intro and welcome to the restaurant. So service was not that good. The food was incredible though and that I really recommend. Would go back in any case

The service, food and decor are exceptional. The prices are a bit high for “ Asian food” which in most cities is affordable cuisine (Thai, Indian, Japanese and Chinese). It is still a great experience and scene. I would recommend using the loo even if you don’t think you need to. I do also suggest avoiding the table right next to the service area just at the border between the back bar and the main room. The constant motion, clattering of dishes and being exposed to the bussing is not conducive to an enjoyable/relaxing time. There should be a panel there to block diners from that. Otherwise everything is always tasty and well prepared. Crispy duck salad, pad Thai, green beans. All delicious.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff were magnificent. Some dishes were definitely overpriced for what they were, but for the rest the dishes did reflect the quality of the place.
