7/10Underwhelming food which is hard to justify at this price range. Service was alright but also not impressive as we felt there was never really someone paying constant attention to our table and had to raise hands a few times to ask for stuff. Ambience and Decor are by far the strongest point of this place; immersive, rich and detailed beautiful elements blended in a cohesive Oriental theme that transports visitors to distant exotic worlds.

7/10I am extremely disappointed with my dinner last Saturday 5/July. We went to celebrate my youngest son's graduation. He has chosen JNCQUOI ASIA because he loves Peking duck. Unfortunately, the service throughout dinner was terrible! I had to keep calling for someone to come and serve us. We ordered appetizers, and a bottle of wine. We said we were having the duck for dinner (I had called ahead to reserve one). Before the drinks and couvert arrived, the duck arrived! We sent it back, saying we hadn't even been served the wine yet! When we finally received our appetizers after a long delay, the lady wasn't sure if the bao we ordered was ours; she had to check with another colleague. When we were finally ready for dinner, the hassle of everything prevented us from enjoying the duck as we should have. After we finished eating, no one came to clear our plates; I had to call a waitress again to do it. Unbelievable! In short, a terrible experience for a restaurant if this price level.

10/10Food, service and ambiance were good. We wanted to opt for the express lunch but were told it was not being offered on that day. I think we should have been informed of this change since the regular menu was quite pricey for us. Nevertheless we enjoyed the food we ordered.

I am not a fan on sweets/deserts but I’m a sucker for the Baba de Rinoceronte. …In general, every time I come to Lisbon, this place is a must stop to enjoy a good time with friends.

8.5/10Honestly, I believe my expectations were too high. The food is good but not excellent (Maybe it was the specific dishes I ordered, but I don't know). The service was also good, but nothing amazing. When we requested the drink menu, it took a while to bring it to us, and we had to request it again. But other than that, the waiter was pretty good. The atmosphere is 10/10, very beautiful, comfortable, and a DJ was playing some nice music, absolutely no complaints. It's a bit expensive, honestly. I don't mind paying more to have a good experience, I really don't, but some dishes were very overpriced, in my opinion. Anyway, a good restaurant for sure. Worth going in, maybe you have a different experience than mine regarding the food, but honestly, there are a few restaurants in the region that I believe are better choices.

6/10The table was terrible to sit in. Clients had different treatments, we where seated and given a QR code to scan for the menu, everyone else around was handed physical menus and given an intro and welcome to the restaurant. So service was not that good. The food was incredible though and that I really recommend. Would go back in any case

9.5/10The service, food and decor are exceptional. The prices are a bit high for “ Asian food” which in most cities is affordable cuisine (Thai, Indian, Japanese and Chinese). It is still a great experience and scene. I would recommend using the loo even if you don’t think you need to. I do also suggest avoiding the table right next to the service area just at the border between the back bar and the main room. The constant motion, clattering of dishes and being exposed to the bussing is not conducive to an enjoyable/relaxing time. There should be a panel there to block diners from that. Otherwise everything is always tasty and well prepared. Crispy duck salad, pad Thai, green beans. All delicious.

9/10The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff were magnificent. Some dishes were definitely overpriced for what they were, but for the rest the dishes did reflect the quality of the place.

8/10It’s a lovely restaurant which we have been to once before. The portions are generous and the service is perfect. My only criticism is that the savoury food that we ordered was overly sweet for our taste buds. The flavours were amazing, it was just too sweet.

3/10The restaurant is overhyped. I really had high expectations and I was very disappointed when I got there. Service was very bad the staff are too slow they took 10 minutes just to bring the menu and another 15 minutes to take the order . I ordered one champagne from the menu and they came after 10 minutes to tell me it wasn’t available I should order something else. Food was bad the biryani was tasteless and very spicy,the naan was dry . The only good thing was the ambiance and music the rest . I won’t be going back to jncquoi asia.

10/10My husband and I enjoyed a romantic lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was authentic Asian and delicious. The service was also very nice & to finish we were given a small cake with candles as a birthday cake. My husband was very happy. thank you

7.5/10It is a perfect place to have a great evening, but personal service...one waiter for the tabel would upgrade my experience. The food we ordered were not as good as my hope was for the first time, I would say the food were a very good take-away food. Love the place, but next time I would take care of the food I would order!

+4We had a lovely Lunch today! We were celebrating 1 year of our marriage and had to take our newborn with us. They were really caring and attentive with us and the baby. It was a great experience! Thank you to everyone’s kindness 🙏🏼 I will definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu 😍

10/10Beautiful restaurant but the people make this special. Our waitress was superb with spot on recommendations and could accommodate our tight schedule. The sommelier was amazing! Found a special Bordeaux in our price range and was personable and knowledgeable without being at all pretentious. He really listens and cares about what you are looking for. We would happily go again-the food was interesting and flavorful, some spiciness that we were seeking but well balanced as well.
