7/10poulpe was burned - so I had the entire "burn" taste throughout. And why is wok vegetables burned too? In my home I have a wok too, but never managed to burn anything in it.

Bonjour, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti, et permettez-moi de vous présenter nos excuses si l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que nous souhaitons offrir. Nos cuissons, qu’il s’agisse du poulpe ou des légumes au wok, sont travaillées à feu vif pour obtenir un grillé précis, jamais un brûlé. Nous allons néanmoins revoir ce service afin de comprendre ce qui a pu créer cette impression et l’éviter à l’avenir. Ce que nous regrettons surtout, c’est de ne pas avoir eu l’occasion d’en parler avec vous pendant le repas. Quelques mots échangés sur le moment permettent toujours de clarifier une cuisson ou d’adapter immédiatement une assiette. Le dialogue direct évite les malentendus et nous permet de veiller, ensemble, à ce que le repas reste un bon moment. Nous restons bien entendu à votre écoute et serions heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une expérience pleinement alignée avec vos attentes.

10/10Fully recommended. Food and drinks are very good, the service is very kind and the terrace is super nice for a summer dinner. Octopus, ceviche and ají chicken were particularly delicious and prices are very fair for the overall experience you have.

6/10The place is extremely noisy. The staff was insufficient for the number of people they were serving. The waitresses barely came to the tables and was a struggle getting their attention to order or get the check. We ordered pisco sours which where not prepared correctly. The staff was rude when asked to please see if the drinks could be improved. The portions for most of the dishes were quite small too despite the table repeatedly asking the waitress if the portions were enough.

6/10I had a reservation at 1pm and ordered tapas and asked if it was enough to the waiter who told us that if it wouldn't be enough we could order later as we wish. Later then she came to offer dessert saying that kitchen was closing and didn't allow us to order another meal which was plate of the day. Kept rushing us as they probably want to leave. She indeed could come earlier to us and explain that the kitchen would close at "x" time that we could plan ourselves accordingly. We had a poor meal and Also discount wasn't applied, i realised later on. I have been there many times and i won't come back sooner.

5/10Our recent dining experience at Jules-Edouard et Joy was unfortunately a disappointment. While the food was passable, the atmosphere was far from enjoyable. The restaurant was hosting a loud office party, with people standing between tables, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. We felt as though we were in a crowded sports bar rather than a restaurant. When we expressed our concerns about the noise, we were told that we should have inquired about potential events beforehand. Despite the food being mediocre, we were eager to conclude our meal and leave. We will not be returning."
