10/10Really outstanding food and impeccable service. I love that the chef comes out and asks how your food is and what your spice tolerance level is. He clearly loves what he does. Don’t hesitate just go to this restaurant you will not be let down!

9.5/10We were met at the door and escorted to our table right away, although we were a few minutes early for our reservation. Within a few minutes we had menus and beverages, and our order was taken. We chose the rice table, and were not disappointed- the soup and dumpling starters were outstanding, and the variety and quality of our entrees were top notch.

9.5/10Excellent dinner at this restaurant. Each dish was beautifully presented, delicious food coupled with first class service. Only minor downside was our table was located up against the bar area, so felt a little cramped with limited space. Other than that, absolutely first class evening. Relaxed, calm and unpretentious. Highly recommend dinner here.

10/10We had a delightful meal at Jun Indonesian Cuisine. The space is beautifully decorated. The service is responsive, warm, and professional. The drinks and wine were wonderful but it was the food that stood out! We had the rijsttafel which gave us an opportunity to try many different dishes of Indonesian cuisine. Each one was incredible. The owner is a delight. Kind and welcoming, he spoke with each customer. He explained the dishes to us in detail which was much appreciated. If you are in Amsterdam, it would be worth your while to have dinner at this gem of a restaurant. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

10/10Highly recommend! Excellent food, service and cozy environment. Had the sampling rice menu which allowed us to taste so many delicious delicacies. You definitely need to make a reservation!

2.5/10We found a hair in our food, and they tried to convince us it was a strand of lemongrass. No way! Food was mediocre and way too overpriced. I am shocked that this place gets such great reviews. My advice—- look elsewhere for Indonesian food.

10/10We 4 Americans learned about the rice table from travel books/shows and we wanted to try it. We have also been to Indonesia and enjoyed the food there. Found this place on Google and it looked good. It was excellent! Food delicious and the staff was beyond nice and accommodating. Will return on our next trip to Amsterdam and plan to recommend it to our friends.

10/10Super good food with very courteous staff. The Soto Ayam was full of flavour, they did not hold back on the use of herbs/spices (nice lemongrass flavour) and Beef Rendang was a super start. It was flavourful with the fresh spices and the Beef slow cooked so it could break apart easily. Really well done!!!

10/10This restaurant was phenomenal. The staff is wonderful and attentive! I had my daughter who has several allergies and her friend who is gluten sensitive. The chef came over to discuss the allergies and was very accommodating. My daughter, her friends and I had a wonderful time because the food was delicious and we felt the entire staff welcomed us with a smile and care for our needs. Thank you!!!

10/10Jun exceeded its online reviews. It was a true Indonesian feast with the members of our party splitting between ordering a rijstafel and the choice menu. Even our kids ages 8 and 12 loved it, especially the dessert options. Price is on the higher side, but in this case you truly get what you pay for.

10/10Food is excellent! Authentic, flavourful and large portions. Service is outstanding, both attentive and personal - great sense of humour. Lovely warm, friendly vibe. We were the last people in the restaurant on a Wednesday and they insisted we stay as long as we wanted.

10/10Great Indonesian food, great staff, everybody super nice and welcoming and immaculate and super clean restrooms. The food tastes so good you feel like you’re back to Java, the chef comes around chatting and making sure everybody is happy and comfortable. Great place and really great and kind people there. We’ll be back
