4.5/10Bwware, CHEATERS. DIFFERENT PRICES, NOT THE ONE PUBLISHED ON THE FORK, and DOUBLE-PRICE MENU FOR THEFORK USERS. Unfortunately, my fourth review for this restaurant must be very negative. It's not a matter of score: it's a matter of illegal cheat. After several positive experiences, everything changed, at least that day and for me. I paste here the complain letter I sent to TheFork, who promised to take care of the situation (I'll never know, for I'll never go there again): Dear Manager, I am sadly writing you for reporting an unethical behaviour by a restaurant. I booked for the fourth time (in years) restaurant K2Nur Jahan in Imola, Italy. I am going to report all the “story”, although only a part applies to my dissatisfaction as a member of The Fork. I arrived (with my wife), and they had my booking. They gave us a Red Cover menu. Prices were definitely higher than the ones advertised on the page of The Fork (and something like Chicken Qorma was not available). Note: few months ago, they did not have chicken qorma as well, but they made it, although for a higher price than the one on The Fork, but I let it go). Portion were smaller, too, but that’s fine. When we went to pay: 1. they tried to let us pay other’s folks bills, more expensive (then I made them notice - let’s say it was in good faith) 2. they found our bill, but they pretended Tandoori Chicken to be 14 euros before discount, while it was 8 euros (I told “14?”, and the man “Oh, yes, 8, sorry”) 3. they added 2 euros each for “coperto” while it was not in the menu (by law, it must be written - moreover, it was for raising, and I did not complain for 4 euros…) 4. in the meanwhile, I saw several menus around, and I opened them. Some had red covers, like ours, and some black covers - the ones with red covers had significantly higher prices, 50% to 100% more, and less choice, you don’t need to be a genius to understand right away that they were for YOUR customers, The Fork!) 5. I had to ask for the bill (paper invoice), otherwise they would not give me, they already went out without giving me - I asked for it only for having a proof I had dinner there, although The Fork Pay would have been enough. I took photos only of the Red Cover menus - honestly, I felt ashamed to bother them or to take the black one and take photos. Now, I complain about the different prices from the ones published by you, and the different treatment for your customers. I really hope you can discourage that restaurant to apply that policy, perhaps sending someone you can trust and verify what I said. I wrote them good reviews in the past (honestly, this dissatisfaction disappoints me even more, I had some flexibility, but that’s too much). Thank you very much in advance for your support.

9.5/10Nice restaurant and good food. Portions are just fair (not large at all). Good price/quality with the fork. Unfortunately it was Monday and only us sitting there (some people took food away). Korma recommended. Delicious Korma!
