4/10Upon entry we immediately felt unwelcome. Even though I had a booking, the front of house guy just shunted us (two) to a table for four. There was an unlit candle on the table but he just literally dropped menus and went off. After 15 mins I asked if we could get a candle lit so we could read the menu. After tutting the guy did that and immediately a female stood over us to take our order. We had, using our mobile phones, decided what we wanted and ordered. Within a few minutes the waitress returned to say there was no white wine (for my wife). They only had a choice of three so how could they have run out?? When our food came we ate and just asked for the bill. The waitress then had the temerity to ask for a tip!! I advised her that we have never, in 45 years of travelling, felt so unwelcome and she was surprised! It doesn't sit well with me giving a negative review but really, if you're reading this, find somewhere else.

9/10A great little find next to the Royal Palace right on the edge of Gamla Stan. My team and I really enjoyed the service from Jonny and his team at Kaffegillet, and the traditional Swedish cuisine was excellent in my opinion. A real hidden gem in a quaint little location.

10/10Food was great! We asked to sit downstairs no one was there at the time and it was really cool, dimly lit with candles and very atmospheric. Plank steak was excellent, very good beef (although it comes from Uruguay, not Europe or Sweden)

9.5/10From the outside it looks very small ans imple but inside there is a really nice atmosphere and plenty of space for our group. Gianni was really nice and helpful upfront with organizing the dinner. We were welcomed really nice and had a wonderful evening with good food. I recommend to try the choclate cake, that was my personal highlight :)

10/10The food at this restaurant was excellent. Particularly the reindeer roast with black currant jam. Everything else was also delicious though we were too full to try desserts. We ate their twice as my son wanted the reindeer one more time. I like that there is a variety of options to choose from. They have non swedish dishes like asian style stir fry , spaghetti bolognese along with traditional Swedish dishes, making it easy for a family of 4 with varying tastes. Many other restaurants that had traditional Swedish food didn't have a lot of other options. The stir fry was very good.

8.5/10we were excited to go to the cave and have a Nordic experience but there was a big reservation. that was very disappointing. the servce was great though and so was the ambiance. quite warm and cozy. the food was overall good, I totally recommend the beef. the chocolate cake was pure heaven

10/10We loved the place. The waiter (a friendly gent who spoke English fluently) provided excellent service. We asked for a table down in the cozy basement, and they happily gave us a table there, even though we were the only diners down there. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were well-prepared and very tasty. Highly recommended for ambience, service and food quality.

10/10Cosy atmosphere, really friendly staff, and very delicious food. Couldn’t recommend enough! I couldn’t fault this restaurant at all and I’m so happy I was able to visit it during my weekend trip away to Stockholm. You shouldn’t miss it.

10/10Great service! Great food! Not a tourist trap. Definitely worth a visit when in Stockholm. We come here every time we visit the city. Try the Köttbullar and Pyttypanna!

8.5/10Nice restaurant in the city centre! It seems like a touristic restaurant but we didn't care ! The most important was the good food. We tasted the Swedish meatballs and the herring. Yummy ! We spent a really nice evening in family. Menu in multiple languages.

9.5/10Great Location with good Food We Booked a table for New Year‘s Eve Dinner and I was surprised about the Good Good and Price was also ok 595 Crones for a 3 course menu :) But I would Go there and ask if they Received and confirmed reservation as for us it was not confirmed from the owner only the fork confirmed
