Nice sushi place in the heart of Faro...I did not have any sushi, but did have their seaweed salad, the crispy prawns and another interesting appetizer. All in all quite good...nice location in the heart of Faro

7/10Food was nice, but could be a little more authentic - for example the tempura was closer to battered prawns that what I would consider tempura. Service was decent but booking said 30% discount, but no mention of this and no reduction in bill.

10/10From the moment we arrived at Kaira sushi we received a warm welcome and excellent service from not the manager and waiters. We ordered promptly and our drinks and food came quickly. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls and a salmon poke bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend visiting when in Faro. Thank you Kaira sushi and staff for a memorable evening!

9/10Very good food. Particularly liked the more 'nu skool' fusion sushi (e.g. black truffle tuna rolls and use of tacos with tartares). Staff were friendly. Great price with the Fork discount.

9.5/10They were so attentive. We had a few issues with the raw fish, but it was definitely our taste, and they changed it straight away. The sushi was amazing! 😋 The price was good.

8.5/10After quite a few cod dinners, we needed a change and tried Kaira Sushi. We were one of two tables occupied the entire night, but that meant more attentive service. The sushi was good, but I found the rice a bit hard. Service was great and we scored a 30% off discount for reserving online. Our favorite dish was the ceviche!

The food was amazing and creative (and we have eaten a lot of sushi). The presentation was beautiful and original. Lovely service, our waiter took time to talk us through the menu and made excellent recommandations. The restaurant itself does not have the cosiest or romantic atmosphere, but who cares if the food is that good!!

10/10The staff were welcoming & friendly. The menu had a good choice, something to suit everyone. The food we got was great, recommend the creamy tempura prawns & the salmon with spicy butter ponzu. The green matcha cake for dessert was also great. Would go again & recommend to anyone.

7.5/10The food was good as was the service, and it was pretty good value. Unfortunately, my experience was affected somewhat due to there being a minor issue with ants on the wall right against where I was sitting.

5.5/10Food was served with nice presentation. We booked under a 30% discount under the fork site, which was not honoured at time of payment. They had a buffet service which we didn’t opt for as it was pretty empty and not sure of how long the few items there were sitting there, sushi should be under refrigeration.

6.5/10The food was really good but very small selection of vegetarian food (I expected more based on previous reviews and advertising). Service was alright however th fact that they were trying to catch new customers from the street was irritating and disturbed the ambiance

4.5/10I don’t think the sushi was good at all. I had no idea the crab roll was cooked, which kind of ruined it for me. I speak some Português and felt like the waiters were more eager to speak inglês given the location. I’m not really a tourist…so to have waiters and waitresses just standing very close, hovering and staring didn’t make me feel comfortable. Maybe other people like that? I would never come back here just because my own personal anxiety of the hovering
