We had a reservation confirmed. On the night we turned up and were told we did not have a booking and it’s “not their fault”. No other solution offered (e.g. an apology, takeaway, a smaller table) - we were left feeling like the villain. In the end the restaurant next door accommodated us and were just lovely! Please beware and double check your booking.
