Typical restaurant with friendly staff. The main issue was that the food took a very long time. Portions were a bit small and not very flavourful. However, the setting is extremely beautiful and there is a great atmosphere.

I don't understand how you found our food low quality because you literally finished every bit of the food you ordered. If there was any complaints you could have told us during your dining.

Food was tasty and not overly spicy as to overpower all the other flavors. The waiter was so nice and very attentive to us. Portions were pretty big. We dined in as a couple but we just shared every dish as we are not big eaters and every dish was enough for both of us. One negative thing we did not appreciate is that the dessert was not included in the discount which was our first time to experience. Another thing is that the owner(we suppose) pretended not to remember the discount. After totalling the bill he was waiting for us to react if we would pay the undiscounted amount or not. And when we said we had a 50% discount it was only then that he said sorry. We weren't sure if it was because we realized the "mistake" or if it was really because he forgot to apply the discount. Anyhow, it was a good dinner, but not the experience.

The food wasnt spicy. it is adjusted to italian taste. even the food with pepper sign was zero spicy.

Thank you so much for your review Yes our food is not that much spicy because we adjust it on the basis of the Italian client as they are the majority of our customers, but in case a customer requests for spicy food we can make it without any problem, just let us know I hope next time you will come in our restaurant to give us another chance and taste other dishes and just let us know that you want your food to be spicy and we will fulfill your request without hesitation I really wanted to thank you again so much for your feedback, it means a lot to us

First time to this restaurant but we will certainly be back for more. Food was flavourful and portion sizes were good. Service was excellent and our host was interesting and attentive. The decor really made the setting. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good Indian food.

In my opinion this restourant deserves a very good score. I stayed on Friday night with friends. We all enjoyed dinner night. Very good food. The dishes taste matched those ones of an Indian restaurant in UK (this is my reference to judge Indian food since i never been in India...).

I think that Karmacola is my favourite Indian restaurant in Turin (I have tried several, and none of them were disappointing). The food is tasty and well prepared, and there is plenty of choice for a vegetarian like me. I reckon the default level of spiciness is "mild", but you only need to ask, to make it more lively. The staff are welcoming and efficient, and are well organised regarding bookings made on the Fork. The restaurant entrance is colourful and dramatic, with bowls of spices on display; downstairs the decor is an odd mix of air ducts and Indian artwork, with fragrant perfumes floating around to give a nice atmosphere. The menu seems reasonably priced, and the typical 30% Fork discount on a-la-carte choices seems to make it ridiculously good value. Very good.

Welcoming, pleasant restaurant with well prepared tasty food. I am a vegetarian, and thought that the choice was quite good, as is common in Indian restaurants. It is reasonably spacious, and located downstairs, so I'm not sure if everyone will find it easy to access. I'll certainly be returning.

I discovered this place thanks to the fork. Choosing menu (24-30€/person) - 2 dishes + dessert - we had a 40% discount. It was a good dinner at the right price (maybe too expensive without special price by the fork)
