Nice little sushi spot in our neighborhood! All dishes were fresh and tasty. We had Gyozas, shrimp app, and a 3 different sushi dishes. All great. Service was fast, friendly and helpful w understanding roll-types. Thank you!!

6/10I’m not convinced they understand and appreciate the extensive detailing in preparing excellent Japanese cuisine from start to end. Japanese cuisine is about art and craft using the finest ingredients and taking pride in plating. Green tea is a standard offering which is not available at Katana! The naming convention of key food offerings like sushi, temaki etc is also inaccurate! Please understand Japanese food is very special to some of us and it is disappointing to experience otherwise.

4/10we had the feeling that because of the discount we got from the fork, the sushi barely had any 'expensive' ingredients in it. The main ingredient in the sushi was salad and fruits.
