The food was excellent and the service was fine. However, when it came to paying, we had to remind them again that we had made the reservation through TheFork in order for the discount to be applied. The waiter left us waiting without giving us any instructions on what to do next. We had to resolve it with another waiter, who was more helpful and apologized several times for the whole situation.

Very good pizza and pasta and enture staff very friendly. Genuinely pleased with the service as well as food. pizza wuth mortadella and seafood pasta. Lido is crowded in summer and restaurants can be hit and miss. Kelinda was a great hit today.

We booked a table for 3 persons at 21.45 via the 'thefork' app. We were seated straight away, after ordering our beverages from the first waiter, the manager arrived to take our and informed us that there would be a 45 minute wait. After 45 minutes our food had still not arrived, we were told to wait another 10 more minutes, in the end our food arrived 30 minutes after the initial 45 minutes. The gnocchi was bland and the mixed fried fish was over salted. Service was friendly and polite, but this could not make up for the long wait and the mediocre food. Cleanliness seemed not of importance and when I finally payed the bill the manager did not allow me to pay via the 'thefork' app where I could not use the 20 euro discount.

Very kind Personal, delicious food. Only negative point was the leakness of the sauces near seafood.
