A restaurant with no atmosphere. It felt grubby. The food was awful. I had Lasagne, supposedly like Grandma used to make. That's what it said on the menu. The Grandma needs to get back to cookery school and learn how to make proper Lasagne. We are in Italy after all where the Lasagne should be top notch. I'd be ashamed to serve that slop at my own table. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to have a very disappointing dining experience. I might as well have flushed my hard earned money down the toilet!!

Customer service was okey, the people were nice and the interior also. The only problem with this restaurant is the kitchen- the food is just horrible

While the portions were on the expensive and smaller side, I must commend the excellent cooking skills of the chefs. Despite the size, the dishes were prepared with utmost care and were undeniably tasty. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals, and the flavours were definitely a highlight. Moving on to the service, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Most of the staff provided good service, but unfortunately, one waiter's attitude soured the experience. On a couple of occasions, this particular waiter displayed a negative attitude towards certain situations. For instance, when asked to customise a dish, the waiter seemed reluctant and unaccommodating. Additionally, when I requested to pay using the Fork Pay feature, the waiter insisted that it couldn't be done, even though I knew it was possible as I had booked through the same app. Fortunately, the manager later apologised for the inconvenience caused. Apart from this particular waiter, the rest of the staff were excellent. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had an enjoyable dining experience. The ambience of Kelos Restaurant Beach is great. The modern design and spacious layout create a pleasant atmosphere for diners. However, there is one area for improvement, especially during hot days. In the outdoor covered area, it gets uncomfortably hot during lunchtime. It would be beneficial to have a fan or some means of cooling down this area to enhance the overall comfort of guests.

Great food but the service was horrible and there were children playing tag and hide and seek throughout the restaurant for the whole 2 hours we were there—running into customers, screaming, going under our table and taking food off our table while the management did nothing for all the extremely annoyed customers.
