Absolutely fantastic! What a gem - the food was delicious: fresh, great flavors, everything I was hoping for. In addition, the staff were lovely, it was warmly decorated and there was tasteful background music.

It was a very special evening at Khayyam. With a lot of new flavours to taste and everything was just amazing; prepared with care and the service was more then 100% good. We loved everything we ate. Don't go for safe here just try something you think you don't like and you will see that you just love it here. Abig compliment to the staff in service and in the kitchen. We will come back!

This is our favorite restaurant in Lisbon. The owner, Sepedeh, makes you feel like family and the staff is equally warm and attentive. The food is always amazing and we have loved every single dish we have tried. Any time we have people visit from out of town we always take them here. 10/10!!!

We had a luxurious four course meal! It was a Christmas day fixed menu. For the first course we had toasted pita bread with olives and beet spreads. Next, there was a delicious Iranian soup. Everyone chose their own entrée. We sampled several of them, including stuffed salmon with dill rice, beef, kebabs, and rice, stewed chickens in a sweet pomegranate sauce, beef balls on a skewer with sweet cranberry rice. For dessert some of us had baklava and others had fruit plates. We dined for over two hours. Proportions were very generous, and we had leftovers to take home to our VRBO. The only complaint was that it was a little bit expensive at €60 per person.

Dinner was amazing and the service even better! We were a bit apprehensive as the food was quite different from our usual and we were a group of 8 where none have ever been to the restaurant. However it couldn't have been a better surprise. Definitely recommend!

The best dinner we had in a while, amazing staff, the server was really sweat and really helpful showing us a picture of every dish to help us choose🫶🏼 the food was amazing I had the “beringela” dish, it was PERFECT, I hope I can go back soon to try more☺️☺️☺️

As much as I want to support a Persian restaurant, the food was nothing close to Persian. We received sour chicken kebab, a strange Bakhtiari kebab that looked nothing like the real dish, and rice that felt more like Thai sticky rice than Basmati or Persian rice. There was no Persian chef, which made sense after tasting the food. The only positive point was the polite waitress who tried her best to make us feel comfortable.

Our dinner at Khayyam was a really lovely experience. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, the restaurant environs were inviting, and we even got to enjoy live music, which added a lovely background ambiance without being too loud. We would definitely return and will highly recommend Khayyam to others.
