It was a wonderful experience from the food to the service, the owner has a beautiful spirit and impressively speaks multiple languages fluently, the waitress is kind and welcoming, they made sure that we were having a good time. Just give it a try, the restaurant has a relaxing vibe with a music that goes straight to the heart. now the Iranian food is absolutely in my top list of the most underrated cuisine in the world. Kudos to the owner and all the staff, you are doing a great job.

In the low side, the reference of the restaurant cuidine was International and not clearly indicated as Iranian. Only in the place that was perceived/known. This particular aspect requires an improvement, so that people appropriately set and manage expectations accordingly. On the high side, the service, the ambience and the staff were very welcoming, amicable and caring. The food quality was acceptable (given my lack of knowledge and experience with Iranian cuisine).

This is a beautiful Persian restaurant with a delightful host situated a little out of the centre of town. My experiences with Syrian friends led me to expect a warm welcome and tasty food and I was not disappointed. It was empty when we arrived so I'm glad to see that there are so many positive reviews as the restaurant is well worth the short walk from the top of the city. As expected, almost all of the desserts are nut-based.

I can not even put into words how incredible this restaurant is - from the most amazing, kind & generous staff to the beautiful atmosphere - everything about this restaurant was incredible. We went here for our anniversary dinner to try something new and it’s fair to say we’ve now found our new favourite restaurant in Lisbon!! We genuinely couldn’t get over the quality and flavours of the food and how helpful the staff where on recommendations. Thank you so much for the most incredible evening and we’ll see you very soon!❤️

The service is excelent! The waiter was extremely helpful and nice and the retaurant is comfortable with a nice ambiance. When it comes to the food, the starters were amazing, but when the main dishes came, they didn't keep up with the expectation. They were ok, but definitely not great. Deserts the same.

Between the wonderful food, delicious drinks and extremely pleasant service, Khayyam was a fantastic choice for an evening out in Lisbon. This is such a lovely restaurant with a staff that clearly has a passion for the food and quality service. Highly recommend.
