On our last night in Lisbon, we decided to try Khayyam and it did not disappoint. We had dinner with our family of six so we had the opportunity to order a number of dishes based on our waiters recommendations and it was a culinary journey of amazing favors where every bite was a moment of bliss. Khayyam takes Persian food to the next level - everything exceeded expectations from the service to the food and the ambience but most of all, it was the people, from the owner to the kitchen staff, who created an incredible experience of enjoying Middle Eastern cooking at its finest in Portugal of all places. Make sure you have a reservation because they may not be able to accomodate walk-ins.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the menu as they talked you through the different dishes and showed you pictures of what the dishes looked like. They really made you feel at home. The food was exquisite and cooked to perfection. I would have no qualms in recommending this restaurant to anyone. It's a 10 out of 10 for me

I love this place, not my first time. It doesn't feel like a restaurant, every time I'm there it feels as if I'm a guest in someone's house, it is lovely also when the owner is there. If you are looking for tasty persian food in a welcoming invirment go check this place out.

We really enjoyed Khayyam, this restaurant is beautifully decorated and the service is very warm. We had several dishes and they were all flavourful and made with love. The one thing we liked less was the dessert as the rose flavour was too strong, but this doesn't mean we won't come back again!

Food was well presented but didn't seem fresh, it seemed warmed up. The service was very friendly, but lacked naturalness. When we asked for the bill they didn't give us a discount because we would have had to be one of the first ten customers. This information was not clear at the time of booking, so we felt misled. A disappointment! Be careful…
