We were a bit disappointed by our experience at Montecito. Based on the pictures, we were expecting a more tranquil dining experience, especially attached to a five star hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were surprised that a DJ was playing music quite loudly. Additionally, we weren't expecting to have a roller skating area with people roller skating around us while we ate. The food was not correct for the price point and category of restaurant. For example, the lobster roll was mostly a paste of lobster along with mayonnaise and citrus, but no discernible pieces of lobster in it. I would describe it as elevated bar food and not what I would expect for a restaurant attached to a five star hotel. To be fair, we made the reservation quite last minute so didn't have time to research. My understanding now is on this particular night, Thursday, there was a weekly party happening. Perhaps the experience would be different on a standard night.

good food, service ok but not professional, ambiance was not there but the place IS great! roof top not to be missed and building Amazing.

Great restaurant and food with pleasant atmosphere. The waiter forgot the French fries with the dishes unfortunately. They offered the coffees.

The atmosphere is alright, less exquisite than from the photos online. Service was good, people working there are kind. However, the food is really really bad. I am left entirely dissatisfied with what is in my plates. I strongly suggest the management to re-evaluate their menu and especially the chef.

Very Good services, good ambiance, the food is correct, avoid the tables near by the smoking area access if you want to enjoy your dinner
