It was a good experience in terms of food but the fact that they try to include a gratification on the bill is unpleasant. It should always be the customer's choice to leave a tip and as I refuse to pay the gratification because it was optional, the waitress change her behaviour. I felt displeased

Restaurant itself has super cool decoration. Different kind of coctails, and pretty standard Asian menu. Waiters are very friendly. The food itself was a bit blend and not outstanding for the Asian restaurants you have in the area, but they get a lot of good points for the decor in the restaurant

As a regular Kin customer, I can say that the restaurant got much more expensive and the service quality has depreciated. It got slower, the food quality isn’t impressive and they don’t offer renewed options. Even the secret petit gateau they have, it used to be amazing and now it’s just a cold piece of cake. The service particularly worsened a lot: the time to serve, the staff interactions (we even got served half a beer bottle once, when a waiter dropped the bottle with major spill and though it could still get through). Plus: now they suggest an absurd 5% service fee on top of the great amount you pay already. I think we won’t be going back anytime soon.

The ambient is really nice. I loved the decoration and the Lo-Fi asian background music. The food and the price are good. The service experience was great by the waiter Alexandre, He was very attentive and pleasant. Definitely worth it!

The manager is extremely rude, he sent us away, my friend ordered and he forgot and could not even say sorry but tried to say that she did not order. He sent us away and kept his friends in the restaurant!! Extremely rude but good food. Better to order and don’t go to a restaurant and have to deal with a unfriendly manager!

Relaxed and comfortable setting, tables not too close so you have a feeling of privacy, and friendly and efficient service. We had baos, gyozas, pad thai and laksa, all were excellent. The quality of ingredients was high, with balanced flavours and and the right levels of spices and seasoning. Make sure you leave space for dessert too, the ginger cheese cake was delicious. Highly recommend, will return.

Nicely decorated restaurant, but it was very cold inside. We had the Pad Thai and the Crying Tiger. Simple but very tasty dishes. The beef was a bit chewy though. The deserts, however, were excellent. We have never done this before, but we ordered them again: cheesecake and the panna cotta, lovely!! Would certainly go again.

Seedy building, cold atmosphere, mediocre food with uninspired presentation. The good service - courteous, efficient - is the only saving grace and that alone cannot avoid the interesting initial concept - an Asian fusion eating place in the heart of Lisbon’s Chinese community - becoming a definitely not-recommended restaurant.

I loved the space, the welcoming was nice, the Pho simply Delicious! The only thing that disappointed me was the Nasi Goreng, the flavors weren't there, but I lived almost a year in Indonesia so to me, it was really weak. But I will definitely come back to the restaurant again, Pho's effects
