I was so surprised!!! The food, especially the Ossehaas, the rice and the eggplant dish were amazing.

I had passed by this restaurant several times but never knew how good it was. We got a 5 course chef's menu, with 3 delicious appetizers (mandoe, samosa and a delicious soup) and an impressive main course with 3 stews (beef, chicken and beans), meatballs, aubergine and 2 types of rice. The suggested cocktail (Kabul Sour) was perfectly paired with the flavours. Presentation of the food amf service also 10 out of 10

The food was good but not good enough to cancel out the terrible service. The waitress was really nice but we were there for almost 3 hours because our food took ages and ages to come out. Wouldn’t come back

A bit pricey cause to get a full meal you need to order at least 3 dishes (approx 10/15€ each dish) but the quality is excellent and the atmosphere is very nice

We had an informal dinner with international colleagues. A 9 year old was added to our party of four, and the staff dealt with it smoothly moving us to another table and offering a fair deal regarding the expenses. We felt very welcome and all questions ('no pork?') were answered in a prompt and kind manner. The biggest asset to be sure is the food. A delicious soup with different peas and lentils, very well spiced samozas and an array of dishes with surprising combinations like pistache and kardamom, lambstew, rice/orange/pomegranate. Overall, the spices and herbs were very well balanced. Our taste buds enjoyed it. Very nice set of deserts, decent wine on the glass and good beer, Grolsch.

It was my first time at an Afghan restaurant and I didn’t really know what to expect, but the guidance from the waiters was very good and the food was absolutely delicious and amazing. I also loved the wide range of non-alcoholic drinks. Those are hard to come by at restaurants here

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Also try the drinks. We tried the mocktails, which are yummy! We liked the flavoures rice and beef best. Also the sambosa chicken.

The quality of the food was amazing. Everything was perfect. We decided to go for the 4-courses menu where the main dish is a "bit of everything". We believe it was the best choice. I recomend coming here and let yourself be surprised!

We had a great experience there! Since we were not familiar with Afghani cuisine, we decided to order the chef’s recommendations we really liked everything! From the entrance to the dessert.

Old decor and very bad commercial music - highly annoying. They would highly improve the overall experience if they brought more light in the place and also avoided the constant awful commercial dance music. Cocktails were good but slow to arrive.

Portions were rather small for the price; the food was kind of westernized probably because it wasn’t spiced that much. But overall everything was tasty. They do not serve tap water which is a bummer.

I really like the interior; velvet chairs and marble details at the bar and windowsill. We started with an aperitif: lemongrass, lychee, cinnamon and Cava. Which was really refreshing! The chicken korma was nice, less sweet than I am used too and the lamb kebab was well seasoned. Also the eggplant was full of flavours but the naan really suprised me. Freshly baked à la minute!

Nice restaurant in Rotterdam. The atmosphere is really cool and welcoming. The menu is only in Dutch but they are working to provide an English menu too. Regarding the drinks you can express your preference (spicy, sweet...) and the barman will create an apposite drink for you! A lot of vegetarian dishes are also present!

Since they did not inform us the choices we can make for the AH restaurant deal, we ended up paying over €64 for two. They did not even apologize for not notifying us beforehand, thus we felt very mistreated. What a terrible service! This explains why this place is so empty and unknown. We will never come back and will spread words to our friends.
