We have visited Kodachi a few times and have tried the other Japanese restaurant in the area. Kodachi is consistently our favourite. Good value, great quality and service.

So this is definitely a gem in Sintra. The food is really good, the staff is super friendly and polite. The only thing I have to add is that they don't have an eye for detail, it's the 4th/5th time we went there and they never seem to notice the empty cans of soda on the edge of the table. I find the decor a bit dark, bland, the chandeliers are way low or maybe I'm just tall also the patern that they are displayed really meses up my OCD But the food is the main reason we go there. P.S parking is a nightmare, I do advise if possible uber.

Love the way how they do everything. Restaurant very good. The way they tey to be with everyone at the same time, is just spectacular. As i have been there too many times, its just the perfect place, the conditians of sushi is just the perfect. I always go there to talk with important thingss, even if its smthg more personal related everyone is always i their own bubble.

Really bad offer with "special menu" nothing special about it, average quality really small portions for the money they ask. Overall a disappointing experience

Really neat experience. Some traditional sushi but mostly different and innovative types. Leo recommended the All You Can Eat so we could try them all. Terrific!!

An amazing option if you're looking for a sushi restaurant! The staff is super friendly, the space is cozy and well decorated, and most important, the food is amazing. We had the all-you-can-eat menu and it was super tasty. We couldn't finish everything because they kept bringing more food, but it was really a pity, since the sushi was so good. Definitely planning on coming back!

No table available when we arrived (we had a reservation), so we had to wait 15 min for our table. our reservation was at 2pm however the restaurant’s kitchen closes at 2.45pm, so we had to rush our orders to be able to get enough food before it closed.

If you like fusion sushi then maybe this is your thing. However, I like the more traditional sushi. Also to have 2 huge tv screens with football playing is not how I want a restaurant experience to be, however, this is common in Portugal. So not recommended for a romantic evening.

Absolutely amazing food, amazing waiters, the sushi master was very kind and personalized our dishes. All in all, one of the best Japanese experiences in my lifetime. Highly recommended

This small Japanese restaurant opened recently near the centre of Sintra. The staff in pleasant and the food comes fast, fresh and tasty. Good quality sushi.

We had gone here on purpose, to take advantage of the 50% discount. The sushi in my opinion is 3.5* in 5*, so it's not bad but not also sushi that you will drive off your way to eat(at least at full price). It has a small menu which lacks options and the fusion sushi was good, but a little limited in choice. You will be better off getting a combo and then choose some more pieces, if you are still hungry. We tried the Miso soup but it came with clams, which was not described in the menu(when they describe that has chives, not mentioning clams does make any sense) and we had to send it back (as we only eat clams where we know they are fresh). The guiosas on the other hand were very nice. The service was a bit slow and inconsistent, but it was not impacting the number of stars given. Overall it was OK, but we should not be coming here again, except if really passing near and without better options.
