10/10This restaurant really had it all! Great ambience, a fantastic menu and attentive waiter in Ruben. The food was thoughtfully and beautifully prepared and tastes delicious. The place was as intimate and warm. And Ruben topped off a great meal by being informative and spot on with recommendations. I would come here again and again.

6.5/10Food was really good. But when we asked for the bill things became strange. We had to pay 200 euro for the 4 gangen menu and 7 glasses wine. They charged me 82,50 euro for 3 glasses wine. I called the ober and I asked him why. He told me that this is wrong (82,50) we will give you your money back. The person that made this fault came to us and she was laughing and told us sorry. I told her it’s not right to laugh because you charged me 55 euros extra. When they came back with the correct bill I saw that they gave me 44 euro back and not 55. Are the playing with us I asked me wife? It’s not about the 11 euros but if you called yourself a good restaurant you must have also a good service. For sure we will not go again there.

9.5/10This new restaurant in Utrecht was welcoming from walking through the door! The roaring log fire, the subtle lighting and the friendly staff made this a very relaxed Sunday evening. This was only surpassed by the quality of the food (we had the rib eye glazed in bone marrow) which was amazing. The owner also suggested a great wine to accompany the food (Neropasso) which I would highly recommend. All in all a fantastic evening out and we will definitely be back to try our the other dishes. Really a refreshing new experience in Utrecht after all the "trendy" themed restaurants - great quality honest food with brilliant service and atmosphere!
