Very nice place for dinner in Brussels. The food was very good. Super ambiance and with a very nice garden for summer !will certainly come again

Amazing restaurant and experience! I highly recommend it to anyone searching for intimacy, great food, great service and a place to dine immersed in beauty. Kolya it’s a hidden gem in the heart of Brussels. The terrace and garden are such an unimaginable surprise, a true coup de coeur! Arturo treated us with incredible kindness and professionalism. a very nice setting. I went for my birthday and they really made us feel welcomed. Waiting for the food took a little bit time but we were with a big group. The food was nice. At the end they surprised us with a little cake for my birthday

Incredible Experience! Le maître d’hôtel ( merci pour tout ) , the service and the food was amazing . we feel very cosy and welcomed ! we had to leave before the end of the meal but we kindly had a doggy bag to go. You need to stop there when aroud !

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. However, perhaps because we were a group of ten and ordered off the menu and more from the à la carte options, the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. It took us around three hours to finish dinner. This might have been a one-off situation, but it was our first time there, and we didn't leave with a good impression.

Food is good. But there are only 2 people to serve everyone and it takes a long time for food to coming. It took 2 Hours…

The food and ambiance were great! What made our table of 14 more than satisfied is our waitress. The table was mostly comprised of Americans and this lady ( I can't remember her name) was extraordinary in her customer service. She dealt with all of us with an ease that we just can't stop talking about. She was gracious and graceful. She was attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. All in all, simply a fantastic experience!

This is a Mediterranean style restaurant that has a Belgium flair, read Belgium fries with mayonnaise. The place presents as very fancy but most diners are dressed informally. The wait staff is very welcoming and switches to English easily. My meal started with a delicious fish crudo, tuna and scallops. With the main course comprised of Irish beef and Belgium fries. Dessert was a trifecta of treats including strawberries, cream, and meringue. A lovely dining experience.

Service was spectacular with hight attention to details … Food … well no words to describe the taste and all the flavors in the plates. Definitely a MUST if you are visiting brussels and want to enjoy not only great and delicious food but a nice place to have dinner.

Both the service and the food were absolutely excellent. But if I had to choose what is more exceptional I would say the service. It was my 2nd visit and the female waiter remembered the conversation we had 12 months before during my previous details and recognised us, following up on our previous conversation. Amazing client service! Food is excellent too.

I have been to Kolya several times in the past. It was an upscale restaurant with a good service. That's why I chose this restaurant for this important business dinner. The service quality from the moment I put my step in the venue was disappointment for me. It is in Manos Hotel Premier. In the lobby area next to the restaurant, I was waiting till my reservation time (approximately 15-20 mins) and I ordered a bottle of water. It turned into a big issue with a terrible communication. The staff wasn't able to handle such a small matter and add it to my tab to dinner and asked to pay it immediately even I had a sip from water and then chief waitress/or chief of service told me openly that I could leave without paying to my face while I am waiting for the dinner I am the host and costs 200 Euros for two ???? This is insane and terrible service management. It is just a bottle of water and if you can't manage such a simple service in the lobby before dinner, it means it is not a upscale place. I am just thankful that my guest was not there yet when these happened. After my guest arrived, the lady who is chief of the service for the night was serving us with an attitude. Even my guest noticed and said "why she acts this way and not accommodating with the guest, more of giving instructions" ???? Imagine my embarrassment as the host. And my guest was right because the waitress was speaking exactly in this tone, utterly unprofessional. Her attitude could be a good git for a brasserie or causal place but not a chic, expensive restaurant. We took the menu suggested however we regret it. The quality and taste was not there although presentation of the plates were good. So overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would never ever take my important guests to this restaurant to avoid such an embarrassment.

I went there with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time. 1. The service was excellent with attentive waitresses who pampered you just enough. 2. The food was absolutely delicious. The best way to describe it was luxurious but filling and not too pretentious. 3. The ambience was just right, classical but modern with excellent lighting and music. 4. The prices were very competitive, the same experience in Sweden would be at least 50% higher.

Excellent food but the cadre is completely missing the pictures on the internet! Friendly staff although particularly eager to leave. No reduction according to 'THE FORK'
