10/10The Greek lady who served us was a true inspiration. Her exceptional knowledge of food and Brussels and her great personality made our experience unforgettable. Her impeccable service was a testament to her passion and dedication. In the hospitality industry, this is rare in Brussels. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10Service was spectacular with hight attention to details … Food … well no words to describe the taste and all the flavors in the plates. Definitely a MUST if you are visiting brussels and want to enjoy not only great and delicious food but a nice place to have dinner.

10/10Quality food in a quality setting. Service was attentive and kind. The menu seems simple, but the care that the chef puts in these dishes is exemplary. Great for a romantic dinner or celebration.

10/10Both the service and the food were absolutely excellent. But if I had to choose what is more exceptional I would say the service. It was my 2nd visit and the female waiter remembered the conversation we had 12 months before during my previous details and recognised us, following up on our previous conversation. Amazing client service! Food is excellent too.

5/10I have been to Kolya several times in the past. It was an upscale restaurant with a good service. That's why I chose this restaurant for this important business dinner. The service quality from the moment I put my step in the venue was disappointment for me. It is in Manos Hotel Premier. In the lobby area next to the restaurant, I was waiting till my reservation time (approximately 15-20 mins) and I ordered a bottle of water. It turned into a big issue with a terrible communication. The staff wasn't able to handle such a small matter and add it to my tab to dinner and asked to pay it immediately even I had a sip from water and then chief waitress/or chief of service told me openly that I could leave without paying to my face while I am waiting for the dinner I am the host and costs 200 Euros for two ???? This is insane and terrible service management. It is just a bottle of water and if you can't manage such a simple service in the lobby before dinner, it means it is not a upscale place. I am just thankful that my guest was not there yet when these happened. After my guest arrived, the lady who is chief of the service for the night was serving us with an attitude. Even my guest noticed and said "why she acts this way and not accommodating with the guest, more of giving instructions" ???? Imagine my embarrassment as the host. And my guest was right because the waitress was speaking exactly in this tone, utterly unprofessional. Her attitude could be a good git for a brasserie or causal place but not a chic, expensive restaurant. We took the menu suggested however we regret it. The quality and taste was not there although presentation of the plates were good. So overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would never ever take my important guests to this restaurant to avoid such an embarrassment.

10/10I went there with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time. 1. The service was excellent with attentive waitresses who pampered you just enough. 2. The food was absolutely delicious. The best way to describe it was luxurious but filling and not too pretentious. 3. The ambience was just right, classical but modern with excellent lighting and music. 4. The prices were very competitive, the same experience in Sweden would be at least 50% higher.

6/10Dinner was OK but probably not worth the price (€ 170 for two people). Restaurant was essentially empty even if it was Friday night, but not surprising as this is a restaurant in a hotel.

9.5/10Service really efficient, funny and nice. Even drinking no alcohol, he made us taste alcohol free wines. The cook made a special sauce on request because it was my favorite. The savors were there and the presentation of the plates was gastronomic. You should definitely try this restaurant!

8.5/10The food was so delicious! The meat was tender and so tasty, we really enjoyed it! The service was OK, the waiters were nice but there was a feeling that they don't really work there for a long time and doesn't know how to best serve, when to take plates, and it was a bit strange, but in general it didn't reflect on our mood and atmosphere was wonderful!

6/10Not enought staff, the manager was running, the only waiter was running at one poi t two bar waiters came to help, but they were walking with the plates around, not knowing the talbes numbers. Very slow service with drinks, they even forgot about the wine and we canceld. Food was ok, location cosy but the sercice terible. The first talbe was like in the hallway, made me feel unwelcome. Not a great experience, maybe because we came through The Fork and they were not pleased with the fact that had to give us discount.

8/10Very pleasant surroundings and attentive staff. The the shrimp croquettes were very tasty and the grey shrimp in the accompanying salad were a lovely touch. My bouillabaisse was absolutely delicious and the bread was plentiful. The hot chocolate dessert was also very tasty

9/10This restaurant was a perfect place to celebrate my mother's birthday: the restaurant is classy, with an excellent interior (we were dying to eat near the fireplace, but we understand that its for drinks only:), perfect service and good food. My two family members too the same dish and were very satisfied with it. I took another dish and was not so pleased overall. Why? the potatoes were not salted at all, the fish was not very tender and the taste was dull. I ate it, but it was sort of below my expectations of this high-ranking restaurant. We will go there again, I am sure, but I will opt for another dish! ;)
