I was expecting Japanese cuisine, and instead received some unintelligible fusion food that had nothing to do with Japanese food. Taste was OK, nothing great, and for the high prices I would expect a better food quality.

The staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. We ordered several items, and overall the food was very disappointing—I'd rate it 3/10. For example, my main dish was a spicy salmon roll, which wasn’t spicy at all and had barely any salmon in it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back.

Everything was great! The food was amazing! Tasty+++ it was the first time and not, we hope, the last one :) service is also nice

I went to celebrate my anniversary with my husband! Great experience, the food was delicious and the service amazing! The only negative point is that the restaurant is small and the table and seats are very close together, but nothing that really take away from the experience.

There were so many enticing dishes on the menu that we just told our server everal things we like to eat and how much we wanted to spend per person, and she brought us several wonderful dishes as a half-surprise lunch. The scallops were heavenly. I love this place.

The whole experience of Konomi is unique. The food is beautifully prepared, the atmosphere is both intimate and friendly. For anyone who loves Japanese cuisine this is simply an unmissable experience. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you .

Quite simply the best Japanese food I have eaten, wonderful atmosphere , professional & friendly staff . No wonder it’s full every night ! Unmissable and thank you for an evening of glorious food !

Wonderful food. The restaurant is quite small. It is amazing how the chef can create all the dishes in a small kitchen. Great planning for which respect.

Cute little place with delicious japanese food. We had the 4 course tasting menu - We had a sashimi platter, sushi, tempura, crab, cod with rice and a curry and a desert. All courses come as sharing plates. Definitely a nice evening for a date night or with friends.

First visit and we really enjoyed the food ( surprise 3 course menu) and the service was also excellent . We will happily eat here again.

Really nice small restaurant with beautiful and friendly ambiance. We had the tuna tataki which was very very tasty and the tuna was of high quality.Sashimi was also very good and the soft crab roll was simply amazing. Same for the fried tempura roll! Highly recommended!

What a lovely spot on a very hot evening. We arrived two hours past our reservation time! I confused 7:30 PM with 17:30, but our hostess and servers couldn't have been more gracious and welcomed us. We sat outside in the cool alley and were served a succulent little amuse bouche of scallop, then my husband raved over his thinly sliced scallops with trout caviar, and I had a very meaty rainbow roll, with salmon, tuna, and avocado, plus more - very delicious. The service was outstanding as was the food.

We enjoyed a nice diner outside last Sunday. Amber was amazingly friendly and beyond hospitable. However, we made a reservation for 8pm and unfortunately lots of menu options were sold out. Which was a pity since we like to enjoy a ‘long’ diner. The sushi we got was very fresh and nice as well as the yakatori and veggie tempura. Hopefully there will be better wine options by the glass in the future since all white were not our taste. Overall a nice experience, but as they advised: dont come on Sunday to ensure they have a full menu available.
