This restaurant is divine, the service is super attentive with Sarah and Juan Paolo. We had an all-you-can-eat menu and I can tell you that we couldn't finish because there was so much food. The menu is complete with meat and side dishes.... I recommend it 100%

I have eaten korean bbq before in australia and japan and love the concept. however the meat cuts at this restaurant were extremely tough and coupled with servers who knew almost no english at all left use with a dissapointing experience. when we said we finished with main course the servers decided we wouldnt even get out other courses which included dessert. all in all a bad experience,

We had to wait a long time to even be asked about the menu, which at that point we already looked at the menu on the website. One of us ordered the entraña, but again, we had to ask for the tongs as the grill was already hot. In general a bit difficult to get in contact with a waiter, as they might be understaffed and they were running around doing many tasks. We also got served the wrong gyozas even though when ordering we were showing pictures from their menu online.

The food is average and the service was incredibly poor however there was a more friendly/helpful waiter in the section further back in the restaurant. The set up of the electric grills hasn’t been thought through, they don’t get searing hot but they do radiate heat on your legs under the table. There are better buffet restaurants and there are better barbecue restaurants in Madrid, particularly for the price.

It’s a fun experience cooking your own food at the table, but beyond that, the meat quality is average and the prices are quite high. Without the Fork discount, I would’ve found it expensive for what you get.

We didn’t use the discount and got the buffet instead and it was definitely worth it, it’s very busy so the waitress tried her best to attend to all our needs . The side plates are exceptional , we kept asking for more kimchi and some apple thing that was amazing ! And try the tiger pawns with yellow sauce ! That was absolutely incredible
