5.5/10Although we had our reservation from long back & we arrived there on time, they didn't have our table ready & we had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a table. On the top of it, be it service, quality of food or price quantity ratio, everything was extremely average. They also denied us our Fork discount as we ordered a combination of food items as preset menus (which people always do at Japanese restaurants) where as in the app & in the guidelines, it is clearly mentioned that the discount is applicable on everything apart from drinks & beverages. All in all a disappointing experience & probably wouldn't visit this place further.

10/10The place we had planned to go to was closed, so a quick TripAdvisor search brought us this place, also alerting us to The Fork deal. We were really impressed by the welcome, and greeting in English when we let them know where we were from. We ordered many things and some we hadn't tried before which were all top quality. The price was comparable to a buffet, but the quality was much better, so I would say, skip the buffet and eat here! Arigato!

5/10I'm sure the food is good, but when arrived the place was filled with deliveroo riders, smoking and throwing butts through the door. We didn't want to stay and quickly moved on. Not the dining experience we were hoping for.

9.5/10Nice and quiet, a good place to go to in downtown Rouen. The atmosphere is causy. The service and the food are very good. All you have to do is seat back and relax.

9/10Nice sushi surprise while spending the night in Rouen for the Cathedrale en Lumiere show. The sushi was very good, and the fork discount allowed us to eat a large variety of sashimi.

9/10Friendly service and great sushi. Upstairs dining room is quiet with good natural light. Huge selection of food and interesting wine list—good value. .Some of the yakitori were disappointing but gyoza and sushi are great. The Fork discount made it an incredible value.

9/10Simple but good sushi restaurant in Rouen. The salmon is quite good while the tuna is not the top quality but still nice. The service was fast and friendly, the location is right in the centre of the city. Recommended.
