8.5/10+6A delicious tasting menu inspired by many different flavors , lot of Asian flavors. Some super unique dishes like the smoked eel crunch flower. Food flow was a little erratic when the restaurant got busy. I would highly recommend to do the tasting menu here. It was exceptional.

10/10Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor by chance and what a fantastic place it turned out to be. The tasting menu was a spicy delight, heat but not too much and every course beautifully presented. An excellent selection of wine, champagne and cocktails. The staff we very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful If you are in Madrid this restaurant is a must visit, it is a credit to its owners

9.5/10+3The tasting menu was a one-of-a-kind experience to celebrate 4 years with my partner. The waiters were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they offered to make modifications at the beginning. The atmosphere was fun, with intense house music making each dish even more epic. We did, however, feel a bit neglected after asking for water and getting forgotten about 4 times.

10/10Should have a Michelin ⭐! Everything and everyone here was exceptional. One of the top 10 meals of my life. Carlos was our server, and he was fantastic. He did such a great job of navigating my husband's lactose allergy. We felt 100% comfortable and couldn't believe the quality of the ingredients and cooking. Truly a world class restaurant.

10/10Delicious and thought dishes, one more surprising then the next. Our booking got messed up but we still managed to arrange something with the helpful staff. We had a great evening there for our anniversary.

10/10Amazing fusion cuisine with the freshest ingredients. Order the tasting menu with the wine pairing and you cannot go wrong. All the servers are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to make your meal memorable. The Corvina, guisantes al wok, tsukemono cherry, ghoas, hojas de curry and the Ciervo robata, foie, robuchón chirivias, glasa cantonesa and pimienta de kampo are great dishes, and the pekin duck croquetas are really good. One of the best restaurants in the world.

10/10If i had to describe Kuoco in few words i would say Explosion of Flavors. Not a single dish I didn’t enjoy. The food is super authentic and fresh, and the service was exceptional, the wine recommendations were impeccable.

6/10The tasting menu is okay, not amazing. Have mixed feeling about the service - the waiters forgot to pour the wine for our table during the last two dishes until we finished the desert and we had to remind them to do so for the last bit of our wine. The waiter responded - sorry we were busy making cocktails…..we were a bit surprised by that answer to be honest as this is almost made into Michelin star restaurant….overall probably won’t recommend…
