Désolé vraiment mais notre chef il fait le sushi à la minute , nous faisons toujours des sushis frais et malheureusement si vous avez pas le temps , vous êtes pressé ça serait bien d’avertir les personnels à l’avance ..

Very good restaurant with an authentic Japanese cuisine. The prices are fair and there is a vast variety of food to choose between. I would recommend to take the mix of 12 nigiri. The waiter vas very kind and professional

Quality of the food was great, but very basic sushi, rice was cold and condensed. Waiter was cold in demeanor - he couldn't answer basic questions about the menu (explain what was in a sushi roll or recommend one). He refused to give a carafe of water, so charged us for a flat water and 14$ for a small single sake. Not going there again, even if I had the 30% discount.

does what it says on the sign - sushi and other japanese 'plats' produced fairly efficiently without fanfare in a basic environment that does not demand anything of you. Great for lunch and informal dinner with kids, family, friends.

The service was excellent and the menu du soir of 55 chf per person is worth trying because from the starters till the dessert are perfect and they gave us a free digestif.

Menu w wide price range Tasteful presentation in authentic style I took 2 Suisse who never tried foreign food in 80yrs of lives, imagining they cld only eat cooked meat They accidentally ordered a course that included sushi, but they decided to try (as it looked inspiring) At the end nothing was left on their plates They were delighted w discovery I too (a native Japanese) was happy: Freshness, preheating plates for hot dishes, nuanced flavors, right quantity, speed/courtesy of services, good value, relaxed atmosphere - quiet enough for conversation, lively enough w/BGM, candle lights Meal was served w oshibori, chopsticks w pointed tips (sign of quality) instead of disposable wari-bashi Complementary tea as in Japan, and at the end ume-shyu was also served My friends metamorphosed from Japanese food-phobia to enthusiasts overnight An extra wish wld be the use of Japanese shin-mai! But only fussy native wld demand it, everything is already high quality I’ll bring more friends to this authentic establishment

Convenient distance from my hotel in same street. Sushi was delicious and plenty. Asked for extra Wasabi, which was immediately delivered. Was sitting in the out-door area so some street noice, but that is to expect. Selection of wine - had a Chardonnay - could be better. I prefer something like a Riesling with Sushi, but not available. All in all a good experinece and will come back when in same area next time.
