Excellent service, from the moment you enter the restaurant you feel welcome and they take care of your coats or any bag. The waiters were very attentive, quite fast service, always with a good vibe. Regarding the food, we ordered the antipasti for two and it was very diverse and generous portions. As main dish we ordered pasta with salmon and ravioli, both plates were very rich in taste and felt very fresh. I would definitely come back :)

The place is very nice and spacious and the service was good. The waiting between The antipasti and main dish could be ameliorated . The antipasti where mediocre. The soup of the day was not bad. As for the osso buco , the risoto was nice but the meat was dried from reheating which we mentioned to the waiter. The fish was a little overcooked. Over all not too bad but far from excellent .

I found this restaurant on trip advisor as one of the recommendations. Service was on point, food was served within 15 mins. Service felt relaxed and not rushed. Quality of the fish was great. The fish pasta did not have any fishy smelly and was a great.

The food and service was average good. Pure choices on the menu . I would expect for the price a cloth intead of a plastic trivet . The reason we went is the location by the lake.

Service was mediocre as is usually the case in Switzerland. Main problem was that they did not have the 1/2 bottle of Vermentino which I wanted (cost 32CHF) so they offered me two alternatives but did not tell me the price, so I expected it would be the same or at least in the same range. I was surprised when I received the bill that they charged 75CHF for a 1/2 bottle. (Mind you the retail price of which is around 10CHF). I had to claim it and they did end up giving me a discount, but it should not have happened in the first place. My fish of the day was really very good, my wife's risotto not so much. Great view of the lake and mountains!

The food was what you would expect from this kind of restaurant. The service was a disaster. 7/10 times we needed to call the waiter to get/order something. They didn't pay any attention at all, eg I was 10 min on my table, waiting for the second to arrive, but no one asked, if I wanted to drink something or we ordered more bread with the anti-pasta, it never made to our table. Highllight: We ordered a bottle of red wine. It was poured in a white wine glass. When we asked for a red wine glass and why it wasn't done from the beginning, we were told this is only done for expensive wine and on request. NOT to recommend at all.

The restaurant from beginning to end was amazing. The service was fantastic and the food was overall exceptional. Coupled with the fact we were seated outside and had an amazing view the evening was outstanding.

Beautiful location, nice staff. My children's order and my entree were incorrect. The Children's meals had French fries instead of the pasta we ordered. I was served chicken as my main dish instead of the octopus that I ordered. When I asked to exchange for my requested entree, I was told it would be a big hassle. Disappointing service at this level, and disappointed I wasn’t able to have the dish I wanted.

Very nice place on the lake promenade. The dishes were good, but the service .. to call the waiter had to waste time (get wine pairing at the same time with main course - had to wait ). The waiter did not pay attention to the guests

I have been to L'Accademia twice recently and have loved the food, the service and the ambience. I enjoyed the fact that there have a couple of more unusual pasta dishes......I love the trofi with cavelo nero and smoked provolone.

Friendly but not intrusive, elegant light meal options - gluten friendly too. Super well shaded location . Great spot for lunch by lake ; 120 chf for 2 courses each - no wine or coffee.

Pristine quality of the food and very professional staff. Food was brought with the perfect timing and always has that oomph that makes it extra special. (only downside: be careful with how much wine you order, it's relatively pricey) I've been to L'Accademia multiple times and it never stops surprising me. It's more than worth it. I can't recommend it enough!

Location, atmosphere and service very good, food was less impressive and not worth the cost. Rucola, tomato & parmesan starter very average for 18CHF. Main course of Pasta Norma at 31CHF very rich on tomatoes, not enough aubergine or capers, and missing herbs & spices. Desert very good. We expect more after spending more than CHF300 at a restaurant. There are better (Italian) restaurants in Lausanne, like La Croix d’Ouchy.

Staff were very attentive, extremely well dressed and the service was excellent. The location is excellent, with immediate views of the lake and the majestic mountains in the distance. Food was nice, but the menu wasn't at all extensive.

Good quality Italian food with some originality to it. The table enjoyed and when there was an issue with one of the plates, it was immediately dealt with. Initially very attentive staff but the later the hour, the more challenging it became.

This restaurant sits in front of Lac Lemon, with magnificent views. I went there for lunch. The waiter/waitress provided excellent services, and good suggestions about wine and dishes. The seafood starter, either scallops or octopus, was well presented and very tasty. So did the main course linguini with clamps. The Sauvignon Blanc and Italian Rose wine were good, accompanied with dishes. The atmosphere and interior decoration were decent. Although the closing time for lunch was 2 pm, I stayed there till 3 pm and the attendants had never pushed me. It is a terrific Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine and fair price. It cost me ~130 CHF and was really worthwhile.
